WINSPIN GNRAL INFORAION he winspin (S) high precision reduction gears are based on a new reduction mechanism and a new design of a radial-axial output bearing. As a result, they represent a new generation of power transmission systems. he notion winspin indicates the full integration of a high precision trochoidal reduction gear and a radial-axial bearing in a single unit. his new transmission concept allows the use of the S reduction gear directly in robot joints, rotary tables, and wheel gears in various transport systems. S high precision reduction gears are designed for applications requiring a high reduction ratio, high kinematic accuracy, low lost motion, high moment capacity and high stiffness of a compact design with a limited installation zone, and low mass. WINSPIN CNISC BSCRIBUNG Die winspin (S) - Präzisionsgetriebe sind Präzisionsgetriebe der Gattung xzentergetriebe mit einem neuartigen Übertragungsmechanismus und einer besonderen Bauart des Abtriebswellen- Axial-Radial-Rollenlagers. Sie stellen eine neue Generation von Kraftübertragungssystemen dar. Der Begriff kompaktes Präzisionsgetriebe bezeichnet vollständige Integration eines Präzisions -Lager -Getriebes und eines Radial- Axial-Rollenlagers in eine inheit. Das neue Konstruktionskonzept ermöglich, dass die win- Spin-Getriebe direkt als Gelenke in Robotern, Drehtischen und Antrieben der unterschiedlichsten Bewegungsaufgaben einzusetzen, ohne zusätzliche Lagerelemente vorzusehen. winspin-getriebe haben kein mechanisches Umkehrspiel und eignen sich für alle insatzfälle, bei denen ein höheres Übersetzungsverhältnis, hohe kinematische Genauigkeit, kleine Lost otion, hohes Drehmoment bei hoher Überlasttoleranz, hohe Steifigkeit, kompakte Abmessungen, sowie niedrige asse gefordert werden. Flansche drehen sich mit reduzierter Drehzahl im Radial-Axial-Lager im Bezug auf die Antriebswelle und übertragen das Drehmoment nach aussen. Die beiden Flansche auf der ingangsund Ausgangsseite des Getriebes sind durch Bolzenschrauben fest miteinander verbunden. Welle hochgeschwindigkeits itglied der Untersetzungsmechanismus ist gelagert in den Wälzlagern der Flanschen. Lagerwege werden direkt auf der Welle und den Flanschen geschleift. Die xzenterwelle unterstützen die trochoidale Zahnräder durch eine Walzlagerung. rochoidal Zahnrad fast 50% seiner rochoidenverzahnung deckt sich mit Nadelrollen über, wodurch ein sehr hohes Drehmoment übertragen und spielfreien Betrieb des Präzisionsgetriebes gewährleistet wird. Übertragungskreuz überträgt die umlaufende Planetenbewegung der Zahnräder in die zentrische Drehbewegung der Flansche. 6
