4 F-Gase-Verordnung HFKW Kältemittel auf dem Rückzug F-gas Regulation HCFC on the way out Seit 2006 regelt die F-Gase-Verordnung (EG) Nr. 842/2006 den Einsatz von Fluorkohlenwasserstoffen (FKW) in kühltechnischen Systemen. Die Emissionen in die Atmosphäre müssen begrenzt werden, da FKW durch ihre wärmeabsorbierenden Eigenschaften eine Ursache des Treibhauseffekts und der globalen Klimaerwärmung darstellen. Mit Beginn des Jahres 2015 gilt die neue F-Gase-Verordnung EU 517/2014. Planer, Anlagenbauer, Installateure und Betreiber müssen sich dabei umstellen: Stärker denn je sind ihre Wahlmöglichkeiten beim Einsatz von Kältemitteln von der neuen Regelung betroffen. Die sieht eine grundlegende Abkehr von Kältemitteln mit hohem Treibhauseffekt vor. 12 Verdichter für natürliche Kältemittel Compressors for natural refrigerants CO2 Verdichter transkritisch Seit Anfang der 90er Jahre beschäftigt sich GEA mit der Entwicklung von Verdichtern für transkritische CO2 Systeme. Die Baureihe umfasst heute ein Hubvolumen von 6,2 bis 38,2 m3/h (50 Hz) mit 2, 4 und 6-Zylinder Hubkolbenverdichter. Die Verdichter zeichnen sich durch hohe Zuverlässigkeit, ein hervorragendes Laufverhalten, einem breites Frequenzband für minimale Teillastanforderungen und eine im Markt unerreichte Effizienz aus. Diese herausragenden Leistungsdaten wurden nun auch durch ASER- COM (Association of European Refrigeration Component Manufacturers) offiziell bestätigt. Die Verdichter tragen somit zu niedrigsten Lebenszykluskosten bei und erfüllen langfristig gesetzliche Anforderungen wie zum Beispiel die F-Gase Verordnung in Europa. Die GEA Verdichter der Kohlenwasserstoff-Baureihe erfüllen alle Anforderungen der F-Gase Verordnung. Sie können dadurch langfristig eingesetzt werden und erhöhen somit die Planungssicherheit für die Anlagenbauer, Betreiber und Investoren. Die neuen und effizienteren Verdichter HG44e HC stehen seit 01. Februar 2016 zur Verfügung und ersetzen die HG4 HC Baureihe. Der HG44e ist bereits seit April 2014 erfolgreich auf dem Markt und bietet entscheidende Vorteile gegenüber der vorherigen Baureihe. Er kombiniert die altbewährte Zuverlässigkeit und Laufruhe des Vorgängermodells HG4 mit neuer und gesteigerter Effizienz. Der HG44e HC, die neue Version für Kohlenwasserstoffe, verbindet hohe Effizienz, Laufruhe, Kompaktheit mit einer langen Lebensdauer. Durch optimierte Triebwerkskomponenten und eine angepasste spezielle Ölfüllung bietet der HG44e HC beste Leistung, selbst unter den teilweise sehr anspruchsvollen Einsatzbedingungen der Kohlenwasserstoffe.
