6 Anschrauben Vorsicht: Quetsch- u. Klemmgefahr! Finger nicht zwischen Flügel und Rahmen halten. Fixing Caution: Risk of crushing/trapping fingers! Do not put fingers between sash and frame. 7 Antrieb Festmontage Schrauben durch das Antriebsgehäuse stecken und den Antrieb am Rahmen festschrauben. Flexible ontage Kippkonsolen R SKA/EKA in Abhängigkeit von der Überschlaghöhe a mit Unterlegplatten,&a,&b unterfüttern (s. S. 4) und am Rahmen festschrauben. Einen Lagerbolzen in die linke Kippkonsole drehen und mit 10 Nm (ISR ) anziehen. Lagerbuchsen in die stirnseitigen Bohrungen des Kettenantriebs 1 stecken und diesen auf den linken Lagerbolzen stecken. Anschließend den zweiten Lagerbolzen durch die rechte Kippkonsole in die stirnseitige Bohrung des Kettenantriebs schrauben und mit 10 Nm (ISR ) anziehen. 8 Konsole R SKA/EKA Bei Überschlaghöhe 0... <10 mm Konsole R SKA/EKA 9 mit Unterfütterung R SKA/EKA 4 unterfüttern. Bauseits ist eine metrische Schraube vom Falz aus in die Konsole einzubringen. Schraubenlänge in Abhängigkeit zur Überschlaghöhe, Einschraubtiefe min. mm. Konsole von der Flügelinnenseite her mit Senkkopfschrauben am Flügel befestigen. Elektroinstallation, Kette montieren Siehe Kapitel Elektroinstallation und Kette montieren der ontage- u. Betriebsanleitung HAUTAU Kettenantriebe SKA (Artikel-Nr. ) oder EKA (Artikel-Nr. 94). 7 Drive Fixed mounting Put screws through the drive housing and fix the drive at frame. Flexible mounting In dependance of overrebate step height a, provide washer component,&a,&b for swivel brackets R SKA/EKA (refer to page 4) and tighten it on the frame. Screw one bearing pin into the left swivel bracket and tighten it with 10 Nm (ISR ). Put bearing bushes into the face-sided holes of the chain drive 1 and attach the drive to the left bearing pin. Then screw the other bearing pin through the right swivel bracket into the face sided drilling of the drive and tighten with 10 Nm (ISR ). 8 Bracket R SKA/EKA At overrebate step heights from 0... <10 mm provide washer component R SKA/EKA 4 for bracket R SKA/EKA 9. On site: put a metric screw from rebate into the bracket. Length of screw in dependance of overrebate step height, min. thread depth mm. Tighten bracket from inside at sash with countersunk screws.
