3 PLATE ROLLER MACHINES - PLATE ROLLER MACHINES Die Teller-Rollermaschinen der Baureihe 517 ergänzen die Gruppe der weltweit bekannten SAMA Formgebungsmaschinen für die feinkeramische Industrie. Die Konstruktion der Baureihe basiert auf dem Baukastensystem. So ist es unter dem Aspekt der Produktionsoptimierung bei gleichzeitiger Kostendegression möglich, die Maschinen mit Zusatzeinheiten (z.b. Massezulaufband, Blattquetschvorrichtung, Drehtisch u.a.) auszurüsten. Die variablen Ausstattungen werden durch den betrieblichen Verwendungszweck bestimmt. Bevorzugt lassen sich die Teller-Rollermaschinen als Formgebungsstationen in Teller-Taktstraßen einordnen. Die moderne, vielfältige Baureihe umfaßt mehrere Typen, wobei alle Kombinationen mit Drehtischen auch in Linksausführung lieferbar sind. Teller-Rollermaschine Figur Diese Einzelmaschine eignet sich besonders zur Herstellung von kleinen Serien. Schalen und Teller können mit Durchmessern bis zu 35 cm produziert werden. Der Rollerkopf ist kippbar ausgeführt. The plate roller machines type 517 complete the range of the worldwide known SAMA shaping machines for the fine-ceramic industry. The construction is based on the modular system. Under the aspect of production optimation at simultaneous cost degression it is possible to supply the machines with additional units (e.g. clay feeding belts, batting-out unit, turntable). The fi nal production determines the type of additional equipment to be supplied. The roller machines can be perfectly integrated in plate production lines. This modern, versatile range covers different types; all combinations with turntables are available with clockwise and anti-clockwise rotation. Plate roller machine type This single machine is above all suitable for the production of small series. Dishes and plates up to a diameter of 35 cm can be produced. The roller head is tiltable.
