22 Europäischen Parlaments" im Zeitraum zwischen Juni 2011 und Februar 2013 folgende Ergebnisse erbrachte: der Frauenausschuss arbeitete 33 Stellungnahmen für nur elf der insgesamt dreiundzwanzig Ausschüsse aus; von insgesamt 718 Einzelvorschlägen und Änderungsanträgen zu verschiedenen Themen wurden lediglich 210 vollständig oder teilweise angenommen (entspricht nur einem Drittel); dass die größte Zahl der Vorschläge des FEMM-Ausschusses an den Ausschuss für Arbeit und soziale Angelegenheiten gerichtet war, der jedoch nur 39,5 % übernahm (nicht einmal die Hälfte); dass bei anderen Fachausschüssen der Anteil der angenommenen Vorschläge/Änderungsanträge sogar noch niedriger ist: 28 % Auswärtige Angelegenheiten, 11 % Ausschuss für Inneres und Grundrechte, sowie nur 5,5 % Haushalt; erwägt angesichts dieser schlechten Ergebnisse, den Mitgliedsstaaten keine Empfehlungen abzugeben, weil dem Frauenausschuss dafür die Legimitationsgrundlage fehlt ; 45 Paragraph 6 a (new) 6 a. In der Erwägung, dass angesichts der Ergebnisse des vom hauseigenen wissenschaftlichen Dienst des EU- Parlaments veröffentlichten externen Evaluierung der wirksamen Umsetzung von Gender Mainstreaming bei den Tätigkeiten des EP mit dem Titel Gender Mainstreaming in den Ausschüssen und Delegationen des Europäischen Parlaments" der Rechnungshof der EU alle Gender-Mainstreaming-Strukturen des EP im speziellen und die der Institutionen, Organe und Institutionen der EU im Allgemeinen einer Kosten- Nutzen-Rechnung unterziehen und die tatsächlich bereitgestellten Haushaltsmittel für Sach- und Personalmittel veröffentlichen sollte, im Hinblick auf eine angemessene Verwendung jener Steuergelder, die auch von Frauen gleistet werden; 47 Paragraph 6 c (new) 6 c.
