1 Black List: Edition June 2016 The list includes those companies which did not fulfil an award. The Board of the Waren-Verein is of the opinion that on intermediary is obliged to inform a contracting party if the other party is registered in the list (see 5 of the Conditions of Business of the Waren-Verein: possibly claim for damages). In the case of an agreed sale on the condition that the seller receives delivery ( 29 of the Conditions of Business) the Board of the Waren-Verein is of the opinion that a contract with a registered seller does not meet the requirement of a correct, complete and punctual delivery.
