3 Trust our experience. 3 Production Our production is manufactured to the highest quality standards and is under the manufacturer qualification DIN certified. Highest pass accuracy by CNC saw drilling equipment. No saws and no drilling at the site. During assembly the highest corrosion protection is maintained. Blasted steel makers from rolling profiles are the basis for our high quality paint. Expert working welding with modern welding robots after DIN18800/DIN Permanent quality control ensures our E.L.F quality standards. With electrostatic priming and painting we achieve the highest quality paint layer with a thickness of 80 to 110 um. The profiles with a 2-component-acrylatecoating in a 3-compartment-coating line would be primed, painted and dried. This process offers highest corrosion protection and avoids any after effects, for example on the storage of food produce. The hall will be delivered on schedule to the site for free. 6 6 The saddle roof halls SHO and SHW are cantilever steel frame constructions They are made in accordance with the latest DIN 1055 standards for different roofing. Saddle Roof Halls S H O S H W Take advantage of the benefits of steel buildings over other building designs! Steel Construction: E.L.F. halls are made using the latest manufacturing methods. The new framwork corner construction allows more head room in the eave side. The beams are sandblasted, primed and colored varnished with a high-quality two components acrylate coating. This painting offers a very high level of corrosion protection without harmful residues. Therefore it is best suited for the storage of food, such as cereals and potatoes. The successful DLG Fokus-Test 2005 demonstrates the high quality of the execution. Roofing: The sheet roofing halls come with trapezoidal steel plates or sandwich elements of sendzi-galvanized iron-z-purlin. The SHW type halls come with a fiber cement roofing sheets. The construction of these roofing consists of a combination of wood and galvanized iron Z-Purlin. The installation of stressed purlins with a fiber cement roofing results in a long-term stable roof. Rain water gutters are mounted on a C-Profile, which prevent deformation and damage. Overhang roofs are delivered as standard.
