lf the extension is not applied for in good time within the approval period (at the latestwo months prior to expiry of the approval), the supplier approval and all rebrands will be deleted from the

In the case of rebrands a written declaration of consent from the previousupplier must be submitted as well. lf the extension is not applied for in good time within the approval period (at the latestwo months prior to expiry of the approval), the supplier approval and all rebrands will be deleted from the publicly accessible service product database on the day of expiry of the approval. After expiry of the approval period the product approval can be continued only by way of a new approval procedure, for which a charge will be made.
