2 Produkt-Information Bypass-Systeme Overflow und Airfloat Bypass-Systems Overflow and Airfloat Die pneumatische Langsamförderung von Ruß in einer Bypass-Förderleitung mit neuem Konzept In der Vergangenheit wurde die Förderung von Ruß fast ausschließlich mechanisch mit Schnecken, Redlern, Becherwerken und Förderbändern durchgeführt. Inzwischen wurde fast gänzlich auf pneumatische Förderung umgestellt. Die Vorteile sind überzeugend: staubfreies Arbeiten im geschlossenen System wenig mechanisch bewegte Maschinenteile geringste Wartungsarbeiten geringste Lärm-/Umweltbelastung Säuberung der Rohrleitung bei Rußsortenwechsel durch Förderluft ohne Leitungsöffnung platzsparende Installationsmöglichkeit auch bei Umbau von mechanischer auf pneumatische Förderung Betriebssicherheitsnachweis durch Referenzanlagen in der ganzen Welt Von den 3 angebotenen Förderverfahren: Saug-/Druckanlagen mit geringer Gutbeladung (2 3 kg Ruß auf 1 kg Luft) Mitteldruckförderung (5 10 kg Ruß auf 1 kg Luft) Dichtstromförderung (mehr als 20 kg Ruß auf 1 kg Luft) wird aufgrund der geringen Rußpellet-Zerstörung die Dichtstromförderung angewendet, und zwar speziell als Langsamförderung mit Gasaustrittsgeschwindigkeiten am Ende der Rohrleitung von 5 10 m/s. Stand der Technik: Mit der Absenkung der Transportgeschwindigkeit wird erreicht, dass die Zunahme von Fines im Durchschnitt pro Förderung nur 5 7 % beträgt (bei etwa 100 m Förderweg und Perlhärten über 25 g), während bei der Saug-/bzw. Mitteldruckförderung der Anteil von Fines durch die Fördergeschwindigkeit von m/s um % steigen kann. Unter Fines versteht man die Menge des erzeugten Staubanteiles, der durch ein Sieb von 0,125 mm hindurchfällt. Möglich gemacht wird die störungsfreie Langsamförderung von Perlruß erst durch die Verwendung von gesteuerter Sekundärluft, die in Abständen von 0,5 1 m in die Förderleitung eingegeben wird und die gesamte Rohrleitung begleitet. Die Endgeschwindigkeit bleibt konstant. From the three conveying methods: suction/pressure plants with reduced material charge (2 3 kg carbon black/1 kg air) medium pressure conveying (5 10 kg carbon black/1 kg air) dense phase conveying (more than 20 kg carbon black/1 kg air) priority is given to the dense phase conveying because of the only little destruction of the carbon black pellets, and this system is specially applied as slow motion conveyance with gas outlet velocity of 5 10 m/s at the end of the pipe. State of the art: By reducing the transport velocity the average increase in fines amounts only to 5 7 % per conveyance (at a conveying distance of about 100 m and a pellet hardness exceeding 25 g), whereas with suction or medium pressure conveyance, the percentage of fines may increase by % due to the conveying speed of m/s. The term fines means the quantity of generated dust passing a screen of mesh width mm. The trouble-free slow-motion conveying of granulated carbon black is only possible by the use of controlled secondary air admitted at distances of m along the whole conveying line. 4 Bypassdruck Bypass pressure Federkraft Spring force Funktion Im Overflowventil stehen die Kräfte aus dem und der einstellbaren Feder im Gleichgewicht zum Bypassdruck. Bewegt sich ein Pfropfen unter dem Overflowventil, sinkt exakt dort der und Bypassluft strömt ein. Die Bypassluft gelangt nur dort in die Leitung, wo sie zur Fluidisierung der Pfropfen auch gebraucht wird.
