2 SECTION A 1. Fasse den Folgenden Text auf Englisch zusammen! 10 Martin Luther, der die Bibel übersetzte, war Professor an der Universität Wittenberg. Er war freundlich gegen die Armen, die zu ihm kamen. Eines Tages kam ein Student zu ihm. Seine Eltern waren krank. Der Student brauchte Geld, um nach Hause zu fahren. Nun hatte Luther oft kein Geld, was auch diesmal der Fall war. Er nahm aber einen silbernen Becher, den ein Freund ihm geschenkt hatte, und gab ihn dem Studenten.,,Hier ist ein Becher, sagte Luther,,,woraus ich nie trinke, und den ich nicht brauche. Geh damit zum Goldschmied, der ihn von dir kaufen wird! Was du dafür bekommst, wird genug für die Reise sein. Es war ein wertvoller Becher, wofür der Student viel Geld bekam. Wer zu Luther kam, ging fast nie mit leeren Hände weg. Nur die Bücher, worin er alle Tage las, verschenkte Luther nicht. 2. Lies den folgenden Text und beantworte die Fragen! Heute habe ich mit einem Studenten gesprochen. Wir unterhielten uns darüber, wie man Deutsch lernen soll. Er findet, dass Deutsch sehr schwer ist, und er wei nicht sicher, ob er diese Sprache lernen kann. Er hatte sogar vor, mit Deutsch ganz aufzuhören, aber dann sagte ich ihm, dass er unbedingt weiterlernen soll. Natürlich, sagte ich, eine Fremdsprache zu lernen ist sicher nicht leicht. Aber gerade weil es nicht leicht ist, ist es auch eine interessante Aufgabe. Dann fragte er mich, ob ich ihm dann sagen kann, was er beimlernen nicht richtig macht. Ich sagte ihm dazu meine Meinung : Wenn Sie Deutsch lernen wollen, dann müssen Sie auch sprechen. Und wenn Sie sprechen, dann sollen Sie versuchen, auf Deutsch zu denken. Stellen Sie sich bei den Übungen immer vor, dass Sie sich gerade mit einem Deutschen unterhalten.... (A) Suche Gegenteile aus dem Text! 4 falsch niemals unnatürlich langweilig 23 2
3 (B) Bilde Sätze! 4 Meinung versuchen ganz Aufgabe (C) Richtig oder Falsch? 2 Der Student findet, dass Deutsch sehr leicht ist. Es ist sehr leicht, eine Fremdsprache zu lernen. 3. Lies den Text und beantworte die Fragen! Franz Liszt gab ein einmaliges Konzert in Berlin. Es erschienen bei ihm zwei arme Studenten, die keine Eintrittskarten mehr bekommen konnten, und baten Liszt, ihnen zu helfen. Er hörte ihnen geduldig zu und bedauerte lächelnd, ihre Bitte nicht erfüllen zu können, da er auf den Verkauf der Eintrittskarten keinen Einflu hätte. Aber dann sagte er freundlich :,,Bleiben Sie ein Stündchen. Ich will Ihnen etwas vorspielen, damit sie nicht vergeblich die weite Reise nach Berlin gemacht haben! Und er setzte sich an das Klavier im Musikzimmer des Hotels, spielte fast eine Stunde lang und machte zwei Menschen glücklich.
