3 1 BenutzerhinweiseDeutsch Die CPV Ventilinsel mit Feldbus Direktanschluss (CPV Direct) ist ausschließlich für den Einsatz als Teilnehmer am Feldbus CC Link bestimmt. Hierbei sind die angegebenen Grenzwerte der technischen Daten einzuhalten. Ausführliche Informationen finden Sie in Beschreibung P.BE CP CC... Warnung S Schalten Sie die Spannung aus, bevor Sie Steckver binder zusammenstecken oder trennen (Funktions schädigung). S Verwenden Sie nur Netzteile, die eine sichere elektri sche Trennung der Betriebsspannung nach IEC 742/ EN 60742/VDE 0551 mit mindestens 4 kv Isolations festigkeit gewährleisten (PELV). Schaltnetzteile sind zulässig, wenn sie die sichere Trennung im Sinne der EN 60950/VDE 0805 gewährleisten. S Schließen Sie einen Erdleiter mit ausreichendem Leitungsquerschnitt an den mit dem Erdungssymbol gekennzeichneten Anschluss an. S Nehmen Sie nur ein komplett montiertes und ver drahtetes CP System in Betrieb. Stellen Sie bei Verwendung als explosionsgeschütztes Betriebsmittel sicher, dass: S elektrische Anschlüsse nicht unter Spannung getrennt werden. 7 Feldbuskabel und Abschlusswiderstand Feldbuskabel Typ / Abschlusswiderstand 1) Referenzkabel Alternativ FANC 110SBH 0,5 mm 2 x 3 / 110, 0,5 W CSFV110 SLAB / 110, 0,5 W (oder entsprechendes Kabel nach Kabel spezifikation 1.1) 1) Befindet sich die CPV Direct am Anfang oder Ende des Feld bussystems, ist als Busabschluss ein Abschlusswiderstand zwischen DA und DB erforderlich. 8 3 Konfiguration Vorsicht Die CPV Direct enthält elektronisch gefährdete Bauele mente. Berühren der Kontaktflächen an Steckverbin dungen und Missachtung der Handhabungsvorschriften für elektrostatisch gefährdete Bauelemente können die CPV Direct zerstören. Gehen Sie beim Konfigurieren wie folgt vor: 1. Spannungsversorgung abschalten. 2. Schaltermodul demontieren. 3. Mit den DIL Schaltern einstellen: Baudrate, Verhalten bei Feldbus Kommunikationsfehlern (HOLD/CLEAR), CC Link Adresse. 4. Schaltermodul montieren. Warnung S Stellen Sie sicher, dass Einschalt Testimpulse unter drückt/ausgeschaltet werden, wenn Sie die CPV Direct über ein Sicherheitsgerichtetes EA Modul" betreiben. 10 4 Adressierung Die CPV Direct stellt immer eine Station am CC Link dar, d. h. sie belegt: 32 digitale Eingänge Remote Input (RY) und 32 digitale Ausgänge Remote Output (RX) 4 Registerworte Read (RWr) und 4 Registerworte Write (RWw) Eingänge RX 0... 13 1 User instructionsenglish The CPV valve terminal with field bus direct connection (CPV Direct) is intended exclusively for use as a slave on the field bus CC link. The maximum values specified in the section Technical specifications" must be observed here. Detailed informa tion can be found in the manual P.BE CP CC... Warning S Switch off the power supply before connecting or disconnecting plugs (otherwise this could lead to functional damage). S Use only power units which guarantee reliable isolation of the operating voltages as per IEC 742/ EN 60742/VDE 0551 with at least 4 kv isolation resistance (Protected Extra Low Voltage PELV). Switch power packs are permitted, providing they guarantee reliable isolation in accordance with EN 60950/VDE S Connect an earth conductor of sufficient cross sectional area to the terminal marked with the earth symbol. S Commission only a CP system which has been fitted and wired completely. If the terminal is to be used as an explosion proof oper ating medium, make sure that: S the electrical connections are not disconnected when power is still applied. 18 3 Configuration Caution The CPV Direct contains electronically sensitive compo nents. The CPV Direct will be damaged if you touch the contact surfaces of the plug connectors or if you do not observe the regulations for handling electrostatically sensitive components. In order to carry out the configuration, proceed as follows: 1. Switch off the power supply. 2. Remove the switch module. 3. Set the following with the DIL switches: the baud rate, the reaction to field bus communication faults (HOLD/ CLEAR), CC link address. 4. Fit the switch module. Warning S Make sure that switch on test pulses are suppressed/switched off when you operate the CPV Direct via a safety I/O module."
