Allgemeine Hinweise! AC Schnitzer Carbon Heckflügel F0 Wichtige Hinweise! Diese Montageanleitung ist unbedingt vor Beginn der Einbauarbeiten zu lesen. AC Schnitzer übernimmt keinerlei Haftung für Schäden, die durch unsachgemässen Einbau entstehen! Diese Montageanleitung ist zum Gebrauch durch autorisierte AC Schnitzer Händler bestimmt. Zielgruppe dieser Montageanleitung ist in jedem Falle an BMW Fahrzeugen ausgebildetes Fachpersonal mit entsprechenden Fachkenntnissen. Alle Abbildungen zeigen LHD Fahrzeuge, bei RHD Fahrzeugen ist sinngemäß oder nach gesonderten Montagehinweisen vorzugehen. Montage Alle Arbeiten sind unter Berücksichtigung der geltenden Sicherheitsvorschriften durchzuführen ( z.b. Schutzbrille ). Die Montage des Heckflügels ist zur vereinfachten Darstellung mit demontierter Heckklappe dargestellt. Während der Montage ist ggf. eine Hilfsperson erforderlich. Einbauzeit ( AW = 5 Minuten ) Die Einbauzeit beträgt ca. 30 AW, die je nach Zustand und Ausstattung des Fahrzeugs abweichen kann. Lackierzeit ( AW = 5 Minuten ) -entfällt- Erforderliches Werkzeug Bohrmaschine Bohrer Ø 3mm, 6,5mm Luftsäge o.ä. Steckschlüssel SW 0 Klebeband Bandmaß Filzstift o.ä. Montageanleitung AC Schnitzer Carbon Heckflügel F0. Montage AC Schnitzer Carbon Heckflügel Abb. Verkleidung für Heckklappe () entfernen. Dazu vorher Gepäckraumleuchte und je nach Ausstattungsvariante Schalter für automatische Heckklappenbetätigung entfernen. Abb. Heckklappe im Montagebereich () gegen verkratzen großzügig mit Klebeband o.ä. abdecken. Markierungen A und B jeweils 00mm von der Mitte aus gemessen auf die Hecklappe übertragen. Abb.3 Heckflügelfuss () mit Gummieinlegern () (3) über die Gewindestangen des Heckflügels (4) führen. (rechte und linke Seite) Hinweis! Heckflügelfuss: rechte und linke Seite beachten! Gummieinleger: Ober- und Unterteil beachten! 3 4 Abb.4 Heckflügel inkl. Füße () vorsichtig an den zuvor markierten Punkten A und B (Abb.) auf der Heckklappe positionieren. Hinweis! Hilfsperson erforderlich! Kontur der Heckflügelfüße () mit einem Markierungsstift auf die Heckklappe übertragen. ( Fortsetzung ) Abb.5 Heckflügel entfernen und mit Hilfe der Gummieinleger (Unterteile) () die Lochpositionen () auf die Heckklappe rechts und links übertragen. Abb.6 Abstände der Bohrungsmittelpunkte nochmals mit den Gewindestangenpositionen des Heckflügels abgleichen und ggf. korrigieren. Abb.7 An den markierten Stellen/Befestigungspunkte ()/() jeweils ein 3mm Loch vorbohren und anschließend auf 6,5 mm aufbohren. Vordere Bohrung () durch Aussen und Innenblech bohren. Achtung! Darauf achten, dass beim Bohren keine unter der Heckklappe platzierten Bauteile beschädigt werden. Abb.8 Bereich () auf dem Innenblech rechts und links markieren. Zur Orientierung Bohrloch () nutzen (siehe Abb.7/) Evtl. vorhandene Kabelstränge entfernen. Montageanleitung AC Schnitzer Carbon Heckflügel F0. Montage... ( Fortsetzung ) Abb.9 Angrenzende Bereiche vor Metallspänen schützen und markierte Bereiche mit einer Luftsäge o.ä. aussägen. Achtung! Beim Aussägen Außenblech nicht beschädigen! Schnittkanten anschließend mit einer Feile entgraten. Alle Schnittkanten und Bohrungen mit Korrosionsschutz und Lackfarbe versiegeln. Abb.0 Heckflügel erneut aufsetzen und Gewindestangen durch Halterfüße, Gummieinleger und Bohrungen der Heckklappe führen. (vorher Klebeband an den Halterpositionen entfernen) Anschließend provisorische Fixierung des Heckflügels oder Hilfsperson erforderlich! Abb. Mitgelieferte Gegenplatten () von innen einsetzen und anschließend die hintere Gewindestange mit den mitgelieferten Unterlegscheiben und Muttern rechts und links befestigen.() Achtung! Muttern nicht zu stark anziehen, um Verformung/Beulen in der Heckklappe zu vermeiden! Abb. Mitgelieferte L-Halter () einsetzen und obere Befestigungsposition () mit einem Markierungsstift o.ä. auf das Innenblech übertragen. General Notes! AC Schnitzer Carbon Rear Wing - F0 - Important Notes! These Fitting Instructions must be read in full before beginning installation work. AC Schnitzer bears no liability for damage caused by incorrect installation! These Fitting Instructions are intended solely for use by authorised AC Schnitzer dealers. These Fitting Instructions are in all cases directed at professionals trained in BMW vehicles who have the corresponding specialist knowledge. All diagrams show LHD vehicles, for RHD vehicles proceed accordingly or follow separate Fitting Instructions. Fitting Carry out all work in accordance with applicable safety regulations (e.g. wear safety goggles). For simplification, the fitting of the rear wing is shown with the boot lid removed. An assistant is required from time to time during fitting. Fitting Time ( unit = 5 minutes) The fitting time is around 30 units, which may vary depending on vehicle condition and equipment level. Fitting Instructions AC Schnitzer Carbon Rear Wing - F0 -. Fitting the AC Schnitzer Carbon Rear Wing Fig. Remove boot lid trim (). To do this, remove the boot light and, depending on variant, the switch for automatic boot lid operation. Fig. Mask off boot lid widely in fitting area () to protect against scratches. Transfer markings A and B to the boot lid, each measured 00mm from the centre. Fig.3 Guide the rear wing foot () with rubber inserts () (3) over the threaded rods of the rear wing (4). (right and left sides) Note! Rear wing foot: right and left sides are different! Rubber insert: upper and lower parts are different! 3 4 Fig.4 Carefully position the rear wing and feet () on the boot lid at the points A and B (Fig.) previously marked. Note! An assistant is required! Using a marker pen, transfer the contour of the rear wing feet () to the boot lid. Fig.5 Remove rear wing and using the rubber insert (lower part) () transfer the hole positions () to the boot lid right and left. Fig.6 Compare the spacing of the hole centre points again with the threaded rod positions of the rear wing, and adjust if necessary. Fig.7 Drill a 3 mm pilot hole at each of the marked points/fixing points ()/() then drill out to 6.5 mm. Drill the front hole () through both the outer and inner skins. Warning: Ensure that no components below the boot lid are damaged during drilling! Fig.8 Mark area () on the inner skin right and left. Warning: Do not damage outer skin when cutting! Then deburr cut edges with a file. Seal all cut edges and holes with corrosion protection and paint. Fig.0 Reposition rear wing and guide threaded rods through the holder feet, rubber inserts and holes in the tail gate. (first remove adhesive tape) Then provisionally fix the rear wing, or use the help of an assistant! Fig. From the inside, insert the backing plates () supplied and then attach the right and left rear threaded rods with washers and nuts supplied.() Warning! Do not overtighten nuts, to avoid deformation/bulges in the boot lid! Fig. Insert L-spacers () supplied and mark upper fixing position () on the inner skin using a marker pen or similar.
