Voraussetzungen und Tools Voraussetzungen WEBFLEET 2.17 Technische Voraussetzungen Remote download fähiger tachograph (VDO > 1.3; Stoneridge > 7.1). Remote download interface on tachograph muss aktiviert sein. TomTom LINK 510 with firmware 3.1.2552 oder höher. Unternehmerkarte muss zu TomTom Business Solutions gesendet sein. Zubehör Remote download I/O cable > Art. 9KLE.001.04. 5m CAN cable. CAN C connectors for tachograph beinhaltet. Support tools TachoCheck: tool to check tachograph compatibilität - zugang via Pyramid TomTom Bridge : Client SW welche auf einem Kundenserver or lokalen PC to mass up- or download tachograph files in einen definierten Ordner 3
Journey 1. Der Interessent muss einen tachograph file (ddd) zwecks Kompatiblität und Überprüfung mittels TachoCheck via Pyramid zur Verfügung stellen. 2. Reseller/customer bucht die Dienste mittels the Additional Services formular im partner portal. 1. Kunde muss seine Unternehmerkarte an TomTom Business Solutions Sales Support schicken. 2. Einbau mittels support des Diagnostic tool um die korrekte Einbauvariante festzustellen (CAN C & D8) Via FMS. Via Tachograph interface. Oder beides 3. Remote download wird sofort initiert. 4. DDD-files are available for analysis 4. Customer will be invoiced based on activated units per month. 5 Remote download Manual download 1. Kunde kann die letzten DDD-files hochladen. Jedes erstellte Fahrzeug verursacht kosten für den Kunden. 2. DDD-information sind für Auswertungszwecke zur Verfügung.

Creating a Driver Ein Fahrer muss im WEBFLEET für jeden RDL Fahrer angelegt sein. Falls kein Fahrer angelegt ist, wird der Massenspeicher heruntergeladen, allerdings keine fahrerspezifischen Informationen. 9
Installation types Fahrzeuge ohne FMS Fahrzeuge ohne FMS benötigen das IO cable um mit dem Digital Tachograph verbunden werden zu können. CAN Bridging If there are no other connections on the Tachograph ports C5 and C7, a bridge might need to be set between C7 and C8. This is to connect to the internal termination resistor of 120 Ohm If there are other connections, trial and error will confirm 17
