Quest anno sarà l Uniun dles Ëles y di Ëi a proporre i loro prodotti creati artigianalmente. AL PAISC DA NADÉ Artigianato e prodotti naturali (miele, tè, sale e caramelle alle erbe, tintura di arnica ecc.) realizzati in casa e con erbe aromatiche provenienti dai nostri boschi. OGNI SABATO E DOMENICA Pane e prelibatezze realizzate sul posto nel forno a legna. LA TRECCIA DI NATALE Il Dolce del Paisc da Nadé Matteo Metullio, il più giovane Chef stellato d Italia presso il Ristorante La Siriola a San Cassiano, ha creato in esclusiva per il Paisc da Nadé il Dolce dell edizione 2016/17. La morbida Treccia di Natale con scaglie di cioccolato e zabaione al marsala vuole riprendere le tradizioni classiche del periodo natalizio, e concedere un momento di pura gioia ed emozione a chi vorrà assaporarlo presso le baite del Paisc da Nadé. I giorni 8 e 27 di DICEMBRE alle ore 17.30 lo Chef Matteo Metullio presenterà il dolce presso il Paisc da Nadé. The soft Christmas plait with chocolate shavings and marsala custard aims to recall the classic traditions of the Christmas period, and give pure joy and excitement to anyone who wants to taste it at the wooden huts in Paisc da Nadé. On 8 and 27 DECEMBER at 5.30 pm the chef Matteo Metullio will be presenting the sweet at Paisc da Nadé.
