WICHTIGSTE EREIGNISSE 2017 Akquisitionen Im ersten Halbjahr gelang es Liegenschaften mit einem Marktwert von CHF 239.3 Mio. zu erwerben. Entwicklungen Ausführung von drei Sanierungsprojekten mit Investitionskosten von total CHF 13.4 Mio. Portfolio Ausbau auf 64 Liegenschaften mit einem Marktwert von CHF 736.7 Mio. Marktwert erhöhte sich gegenüber 30.06.2016 um 78.5%. Soll-Mieterträge konnten im Vergleich zum ersten Vorjahreshalbjahr von CHF 9 Mio. auf CHF 12 Mio. um 33.7% gesteigert werden. Leerstände Leerstandsquote per 30.06.2017 beträgt 2.8% (Vorperiode 30.06.2016: 5.3%) Kapitalerhöhung Mai 2017 Erfolgreiche Kapitalerhöhung im Mai 2017 im Umfang von CHF 168.2 Mio.
