Sorting Feeding Automation Linear conveyor HF Characteristics Thanks to the compact design, the linear conveyor of type HF is especially well-suited for cramped spatial conditions. Linear conveyor sections up to a length of 350 mm can be realized with the type HF. In addition, it offers optimal conditions for the use with vibration-sensitive transitions between the sorting device and linear rail. Thanks to the direct screw connection, the rubber feet as well as the compensation weight aren t necessary as compared to the linear conveyor of type LF. Linear conveyor LF Characteristics The linear conveyors of type LF can be used very flexibly in applications and can be simply installed when integrated in the overall system thanks to the integrated counterweight and the rubber feet. With this linear conveyor, path lengths of up to 1200 mm are possible. The type LF also offers very stable oscillation transfer. Linear conveyor LFL Characteristics The linear conveyors of type LFL are used both for long linear path lengths as well as for hopper systems. They are especially suitable for transporting heavy, mass production parts. Thanks to their special design, the vibrations required for part transport are evenly transferred to every position on the linear rail. Linear path lengths of up to 2 m are possible and are implemented with only one drive. Up to 50 kg of bulk material can be filled into hopper systems. Linearzuführung Charakteristik Der Einsatz von Grimm Linearzuführungen erfolgt idealerweise bei kleinen bis mittelgroßen Masseteilen mit berechenbaren Sortierkriterien. Hierbei ist eine ein- oder mehrbahnige Teilezuführung möglich, zugleich sind hohe Förderleistungen realisierbar. Je nach Teiletype sind mehrere Teilevarianten nahezu ohne Rüstaufwand zuführbar. Besonders gut geeignet sind die Linearzuführungen für nachfolgende Zublas- oder Bereitstellungsvorgänge sowie zur Übergabe an nachfolgende Bearbeitungsmaschinen. Durch die vielfältigen Bauformen und die kompakten Bauräume ergeben sich sehr flexible Anpassungsmöglichkeiten auf kundenseitige Vorgaben. Aufgrund der geringen Fallhöhen arbeiten die Grimm-Linearzuführungen besonders teileschonend. Die konstante Teiledosierung und die Verlängerung der autonomen Laufzeit übernimmt das Bunkersystem.
