Lithium-Disilikat-Keramik- Bearbeitungsset nach Oliver Brix IPS e.max besteht aus Lithium-Disilikat Glaskeramik. Das neue Set von Oliver Brix enthält speziell entwickelte Diamantinstrumente, die durch veränderte Körnung und Bindung für die Bearbeitung von Lithium- Disilikat-Keramik besonders geeignet sind. Die Instrumente bieten einen hervorragenden Abtrag und eine hohe Standzeit. Die Anwendung der neuen Instrumente wird durch ein Video erläutert. Die neuen perforierten Diamantstreifen passen sich besonders flexibel der Oberfläche der Krone an. Das vereinfacht die approximale Anpassung der Kontaktpunkte der keramischen Kronen. Mit Hilfe der Perforierung wird ein höherer Abtrag erreicht. Die runde Gestaltung der Perforation sorgt für stabile Streifen. Eine ausgewählte Körnung in drei Stufen bietet eine situationsgerechte Anwendung. 12 PrimeCut SL PrimeCut SL Die seit Jahren erfolgreiche PrimeCut SL mit galvanisch gesintertem Rand in mittlerer Körnung wird um eine Version mit 19 mm Durchmesser ergänzt. Diese erleichtert die Arbeit in schwer zugänglichen Bereichen, z.b. beim Heraustrennen von zahntechnischen Arbeiten aus Blanks. Der kleine Radius erlaubt die Gestaltung von runden Formen. Eine sinnvolle und gewünschte Erweiterung der PrimeCut SL sind Scheiben mit feiner Körnung. Sie wurden speziell für die Arbeit mit den neuen Hochleistungskeramiken entwickelt. Durch die Randsinterung werden erstmals Standzeiten erreicht, die bisher als unmöglich galten. Das spezielle Diamantkorn mit einer außergewöhnlichen Kristallstruktur bietet eine extrem hohe Kantenstabilität. So wird auch auf den härtesten Keramiken ein perfekter Abtrag erreicht. Die feine Körnung schleift ohne Streifen und Risse.
