War man in der Vergangenheit noch an die vorgegebene Geometrie statischer Profile gebunden, können heute die Geometrien an die statischen Vorgaben angepasst werden. Dies wird durch die individuellen Wandungsstärken der Stege und Gurten realisiert. Ein weiterer Vorteil aus gestalterischer Sicht sind die vielfältigen Designmöglichkeiten der Profilkontur, das Erscheinungsbild der Profilstege (frei wählbare, gelaserte Konturen) und die scharfkantigen Außengeometrien. Unique architectural solutions with innovative connecting technology Schüco steel systems Jansen, in cooperation with Montanstahl AG, is able to offer new support systems for VISS mullion/ transom systems thanks to the fabrication procedure that has been approved by the building authorities for laserwelded steel profiles. In the past, we were restricted by the geometry of highly structural profiles. Today, however, it is possible to adapt the geometries to suit structural conditions. This is achieved by means of the individual wall thicknesses of the webs and flanges. 5 Schüco Stahlsysteme Jansen 5 Lasergeschnitten und lasergeschweisst Laser cutting and laser welding Steht der Laserschnitt für passgenauen Zuschnitt, erlaubt das Laserschweißen Schweißnähte, deren filigrane Ansichtsbreiten auch bei dicken Materialien mit konventionellen Schweissnähten nicht vergleichbar sind. Die geringe Wärmeeinbringung sorgt dabei für engste Toleranzen. Das sorgt für hohe Präzision und perfekte Optik. Darüber hinaus besteht die Möglichkeit, Löcher oder Aussparungen schon vor dem Verschweißen kostengünstig in der zweidimensionalen Bearbeitung zu realisieren. Ein Schritt, der einerseits funktionsbedingt eingesetzt werden kann, aber auch hinsichtlich der Erzeugung von Lochmustern oder gestaltenden Öffnungen ganz neue Designmöglichkeiten eröffnet. Auch der Konturschnitt kann gleichermassen statikoptimierend wie gestalterisch eingesetzt werden. Wichtig: die uneingeschränkte Kombinierbarkeit mit dem bewährten Jansen-VISS-System. The minimal thermal intake ensures the narrowest tolerances. This results in a high level of precision and the perfect look. It is also possible to fabricate holes and recesses in 2-D in a cost-effective manner before the welding even takes place. On the one hand, this is a step that can be carried out purely for operational reasons. However, it also opens up new design possibilities in terms of fabricating hole patterns or shaped openings.
