4 $ $ Sicherheitshinweise Das Occhio sensorpad darf nur an einen Occhio cotroller angeschlossen und als Ergänzung zu diesem verwenden werden. Eine zweckentremdete Nutzung des Occhio sensorpads ist nicht zulässig! Das Occhio sensorpad ist auf der Unterseite mit einer Antirutsch-Fläche ausgestattet. Der Kunststoff der Antirutsch-Fläche kann in seltenen Fällen mit der Oberfläche von Möbeln reagieren (insbesondere beim Einsatz von Putzoder Pflegemitteln). Der Hersteller empfiehlt im Zweifelsfall das Occhio sensorpad mit einem Filz oder ähnlichem zu unterlegen. Eine Haftung des Herstellers für Sachschäden wird ausgeschlossen. 2

5 Produktbeschreibung Das Occhio sensorpad ist die ideale Ergänzung aller mobilen Niedervoltleuchten sowie der Occhio letto NV, die mit dem Occhio controller ausgestattet sind. Es ermöglicht die bequeme Bedienung der Occhio NV-Leuchten, ohne sie direkt zu berühren. 9 Occhio controller Setup Controller mit eingestecktem Pin: Schalt- und Dimmfunktion nur über Tastwippe. Kurzes Betätigen der Tastwippe schaltet die Leuchte ein und aus. Längeres Betätigen der Tastwippe dimmt die Leuchte stufenlos auf und ab. Um Störungen der Elektronik zu vermeiden: Vor Entfernen des Pins oder des Sensorpads, Leuchte vom Stromnetz trennen! Controller mit entferntem Pin: Schalt- und Dimmfunktion über Tastwippe und durch Berühren der Metalloberfläche am Leuchtenkörper. Kurzes Berühren des Leuchtenkörpers oder Betätigen der Tastwippe schaltet die Leuchte ein und aus. Längeres Berühren des Leuchtenkörpers oder Betätigen der Tastwippe dimmt die Leuchte stufenlos auf und ab. $ Vorsicht! Niemals den heißen Reflektorkopf, nur den Leuchtenstab im mittleren oder unteren Bereich berühren! Controller mit eingestecktem Sensorpad: Schalt- und Dimmfunktion über Tastwippe und durch Berühren des Sensorpads. Beim Abziehen des Occhio sensorpads vom controller wird automatisch ein kurzer Einstellungs- und Dimmvorgang ausgeführt. 7

10 Sensordimmung Die Funktionsweise des Sensordimmers kann unter Umständen durch Spannungsschwankungen, störende Netzfrequenzen in der Stromversorgung oder zu gute Isolierung des Anwenders gegenüber dem Boden beeinträchtigt sein. Mögliche Abhilfe: Netzstecker um 180 drehen und in die Steck dose einstecken. Sensorfunktion durch Einsetzen des Kunstoffpins deaktivieren und Leuchte über den Controller steueren. 8

11 Pflegehinweise Leuchte vor der Reinigung vom Netz trennen! Leuch te nur in abgekühltem Zu stand reinigen! Zur Reinigung der Metall- als auch der Glasteile der Leuchte empfehlen wir die Verwendung eines Glasreinigers. 9

16 $ $ Safety precautions The Occhio sensor pad must only be connected to an Occhio controller and used as a supplement to this. Using the Occhio sensor pad in any other way than that intended is not permitted. The Occhio sensor pad is fitted on the underside with a non-slip surface. The plastic used for the non-slip surface can, in rare cases, react with the surfaces of furniture (in particular when cleaning agents or care products are used). If in doubt, the manufacturer recommends placing a piece of felt or a similar material underneath the Occhio sensor pad. The manufacturer shall not be held liable for property damage. 14

17 Product description The Occhio sensor pad is the ideal supplement for all mobile low-voltage lamps, as well as the Occhio letto NV, equipped with the Occhio controller. It enables easy operation of the Occhio NV lamps, without touching them directly. 21 Occhio controller setup Controller with pin inserted: Switch and dimmer function only via rocker button. A short actuation of the rocker button switches the lamp on and off. Prolonged actuation of the rocker button continuously brightens and dims the lamp. To avoid electronic faults: Disconnect the lamp from the mains before removing the pin or sensor pad. Controller with pin removed: Switch and dimmer function via the rocker button and by touching the metal surface on the lamp body. Controller with sensor pad plugged in: Switch and dimmer function via the rocker button and by touching the sensor pad. The plastic used for the non-slip surface can, in rare cases, react with the surfaces of furniture in particular when cleaning agents or care products are used (see Safety precautions). Touching the lamp body briefly or pushing the rocker button switches the lamp on and off. Touching the lamp body for a longer time or pushing the rocker button produces infinitely variable brightening or dimming of the lamp. $ Caution: Never touch the reflector head while it is hot. Only handle the middle or bottom part of the lamp stem. Touching the sensor pad briefly or pushing the rocker button switches the lamp on and off. 22 Sensor dimming The functionality of the sensor dimmer can sometimes be adversely affected by voltage fluctuations, interference from mains frequencies in the power supply or by too efficient an insulation of the user against earth. Possible remedy: Turn the mains plug through 180 and plug it into the socket. Deactivate the sensor function by inserting the plastic pin and control the lamp via the controller. 20

23 Care instructions Before cleaning, disconnect the lamp from the mains. Always allow the lamp to cool down before cleaning. For cleaning both the metal and the glass parts of the lamp, we recommend using a glass cleaner. 21
