The Executive Committee now consists of nine partners, each with different areas of corporate responsibilities. We wanted to further increase our focus on certain key aspects of our corporate strategy, which we believe will grow in importance in the coming years and require further emphasis. By inviting three of our partners to become Executive Committee members and name them Leaders for Talent & Innovation, Risk and International Tax Matters, we ensure that these important topics receive the required attention at the most senior governance level, explains Yves Francis, Managing Partner at Deloitte Luxembourg. Three equal pillars One of the main strengths of Deloitte Luxembourg is the fact that the organization is built on three equally important practices: Advisory & Consulting, Tax and Audit. This balance is also reflected in the Executive Committee and the three new members represent all three pillars. Benjamin Collette, Advisory & Consulting Partner, joined Deloitte in 2006 and is specialized in strategy and operations set-up and efficiency engagements. He leads the strategy, the corporate finance and the regulatory practices at Deloitte Luxembourg and coordinates the firm s consulting offerings toward the Financial Services Industry. As a recognition of Deloitte Luxembourg s position as a center of excellence in the wider Deloitte Network, Benjamin is also Global Investment Management Consulting Leader and EMEA Wealth Management & Private Banking Co-Leader within the Deloitte international network. Benjamin joins the Executive Committee as Talent & Innovation Leader. Bernard David, Tax Partner, joined Deloitte in 1999 and leads the international tax group at Deloitte Luxembourg serving multinational corporations investing in Europe and beyond. He advises companies on tax structuring, migrations and inversions and has extensive experience in transactions involving management buy-out, procurement structures, high-value assets and creditor/investor restrictions and Intellectual Property.

2 Bernard served on the Luxembourg tax desk in the New York office of Deloitte Tax LLP as part of the International Core of Excellence from 2007 to Bernard joins the Executive Committee as International Tax Promotion Leader. John Psaila, Audit Partner, joined Deloitte in 1995 and is primarily specialized in the audit of companies engaged in the manufacturing and telecommunication industries. John leads the audits of a number of Luxembourg publicly listed companies and has significant experience advising and providing assurance services to companies seeking an initial public offering and the issuance of debt instruments on recognized stock exchanges. John is Deloitte Luxembourg s Quality & Risk Leader. New tax partner To further strengthen the firm s Tax practice, Christophe De Sutter was appointed Partner in the tax department as of 1 April Christophe is specialized in crossborder tax with a special focus on the US and Belgian markets. He worked for Deloitte Luxembourg for almost 13 years from 1999 to 2012.

3 Deloitte Luxembourg élargit son comité de direction et nomme un nouveau tax partner Pour faire face à la croissance rapide réalisée ces dernières années, Deloitte Luxembourg a élargi son comité de direction en intégrant trois nouveaux membres : Benjamin Collette (Advisory & Consulting Partner), Bernard David (Tax Partner) et John Psaila (Audit Partner). Benjamin Collette, Advisory & Consulting Partner, a rejoint Deloitte en 2006 ; il est spécialisé dans la mise en place de la stratégie et des opérations et des missions d efficience. Il dirige les activités stratégiques, financières et réglementaires de Deloitte Luxembourg et coordonne les offres de conseil pour le secteur des services financiers. Compte tenu de la position de Deloitte Luxembourg en tant que centre d excellence dans le réseau étendu de Deloitte, Benjamin exerce également les fonctions de Global Investment Management Consulting Leader et EMEA Wealth Management & Private Banking Co-Leader au sein du réseau international de Deloitte. Benjamin intègre le comité de direction en tant que Talent & Innovation Leader. Bernard David, Tax Partner, a rejoint Deloitte en 1999 ; il dirige l International Tax group chez Deloitte Luxembourg au service des grandes multinationales investissant en Europe et ailleurs. Il conseille les entreprises en matière de structuration, de migration et d inversion fiscale et possède une grande expérience des transactions impliquant un rachat par les dirigeants, des structures d achat, des actifs à haute valeur, des restrictions créancier/investisseur et des aspects de propriété intellectuelle. Bernard a travaillé de 2007 à 2009 au Luxembourg tax desk situé dans les bureaux new-yorkais de Deloitte Tax LLP, dans le cadre de l International Core of Excellence. Bernard intègre le comité de direction en tant qu International Tax Promotion Leader. John Psaila, Audit Partner, a rejoint Deloitte en 1995 ; il est principalement spécialisé dans l audit des entreprises des secteurs de la fabrication et des télécommunications. John dirige les audits de plusieurs entreprises cotées en bourse au Luxembourg et possède une expérience importante en conseil et prestation de services d assurance aux entreprises souhaitant procéder à une première introduction en bourse et en émission de titres de créance sur des places boursières reconnues. 5 Deloitte Luxemburg verstärkt seine Geschäftsleitung und ernennt neuen Tax Partner Als Reaktion auf das rasante Wachstum des Unternehmens in den letzten Jahren hat Deloitte Luxemburg seine Geschäftsleitung ausgebaut und durch drei neue Mitglieder verstärkt: Benjamin Collette (Advisory & Consulting Partner), Bernard David (Tax Partner) und John Psaila (Audit Partner). Er leitet die Bereiche Strategy, Corporate Finance und Regulatory bei Deloitte Luxemburg und koordiniert die Beratungsangebote des Unternehmens für die Finanzdienstleistungsbranche. Benjamin wurde als Talent & Innovation Leader in die Geschäftsleitung berufen. Bernard David (Tax Partner) kam 1999 zu Deloitte und leitet die internationale Steuerabteilung von Deloitte Luxemburg, die multinationale Unternehmen betreut, welche in Europa und über dessen Grenzen hinaus investieren. Er berät Unternehmen bei Fragen zu Steuerkonzepten, Migration und Steuerumkehr. Er besitzt umfangreiche Erfahrungen mit Transaktionen wie z.b. Management-Buy-outs, sowie in den Bereichen Beschaffungsstrukturen, hochwertige Assets, Gläubiger- und Anlegerbeschränkungen und geistiges Eigentum. Bernard wurde als International Tax Promotion Leader in die Geschäftsleitung berufen. John Psaila, Audit Partner, kam 1995 zu Deloitte. Sein Tätigkeitsschwerpunkt liegt in der Abschlussprüfung von Unternehmen, die im verarbeitenden Gewerbe und der Telekommunikationsbranche tätig sind. John leitet die Prüfungstätigkeiten einiger börsennotierter Unternehmen in Luxemburg und zeichnet sich durch bedeutende Erfahrungen in der Beratung und der Bereitstellung von Versicherungsdienstleistungen für Unternehmen aus, die einen Börsengang und die Emission von Schuldtiteln an anerkannten Börsen anstreben.
