3 Herstellungs- und Lieferprogramm Product Range Schlauchleitungen (Katalog S2) Das Argus Schlauchleitungsprogramm umfasst Ausführungen aus synthetischem Kautschuk und Thermoplast-Elastomeren für Nieder-, Hochund Höchstdruck. Eine neue Generation ARGUFLE Schlauchleitungen kann für Systemdrücke bis 5, 2 sowie 315 bar in weiten industriellen Anwendungsbereichen eingesetzt werden. CAD-optimierte Schläuche runden das Programm ab. Unsere Schläuche sind aus hochwertigem Material hergestellt, das darauf ausgerichtet ist, im Einsatz in der Fluidtechnik Höchstleistungen zu vollbringen. Deshalb übernehmen wir für Sie die Schlauchauswahl, wenn Sie uns neben dem Medium auch Betriebsdruck, Temperatur und evtl. weitere relevante Betriebsbedingungen nennen. Naturgemäß sind jedem Schlauchwerkstoff auch Grenzen gesetzt. Bei Einwirkung weiterer Faktoren, bestimmten Konzentrationen oder außergewöhnlichen Betriebs Betriebszuständen, bitten wir um Ihre Rückfrage. Im Hause Argus werden Sie von Fachleuten beraten! Argus liefert Spezialschlauch-leitungen für Kraftstoffe, Hydraulikflüssigkeiten, Flüssiggase, Servolenkungen, Reinigungsgeräte und viele weitere Anwendungen. Bei längerem Einwirken der Höchsttemperatur auf die Schläuche ist mit einer Verkürzung der Lebensdauer zu rechnen. Bei sehr hoher Dauertemperatur empfiehlt sich eine Rückfrage nach unseren entsprechend geprüften Schläuchen. We have decided not to write down a detailed list of stability specificatons. Our hoses are manufactured from high grade materials designed to perform the highest standardsin fluid power applications. For this reason we will select the hose if you will specify the fluid medium used, the working pressure, temperature and any other relevant operating conditions. Of course every hose material has its limits. When further factors are involved, such as concentrations of certain substances or unusual operating conditions, please enquire. At Argus specialised staff will advise you! Argus supplies special hoses for fuels, hydraulic fluids, liquid gas, power assistet steering systems, cleaning equipment and more. When hoses are exposed to maximum temperature for longer periods reduced service life may be expected. For permanent exposure to very high temperatures we recommend that you submit us a special enquiry for suitable hoses.

Luftfeuchtigkeit ca. 65%) und vor Sonnenlicht geschützt sein. Ozonbildende Quellen sind zu vermeiden da sie die Lebensdauer des Schlauches verkürzen. (Nähere Angaben unter DIN 77 und DIN 066 Teil 5) Bei der Verwendung von Schläuchen für gasförmige Medien über bar Betriebsdruck bzw. bei Temperaturen über C empfehlen wir, die Obergummischicht geprickt zu bestellen. Die dadurch verbesserte Diffusionsfähigkeit verhindert unerwünschte Blasenbildung an der Oberfläche. Nach festem Handanzug ist die Überwurfmutter durch eine Drehung von maximal 90 festzuziehen. A0-A3, D1, K0-K8) sind Verbindungen für Rohre mit teilweise geringeren Druckstufen als die unserer Schläuche und Armaturen. Die Hydraulikanlage (oder sonstige Maschinen) darf nur mit dem zulässigen Betriebsdruck des schwächsten Bauteils betrieben werden. Der max. zulässige Betriebsdruck einer Schlauchleitung wird von dem jeweils niedrigeren Druckwert des Schlauches oder der Armatur bestimmt. 11 Certain types of connections (e.g. A0-A3, D1, K0-K8) are connections for pipes with rated pressure ranges which are in some cases lower than those of our hoses and fittings.
