Your Image Access Team Book Scanner for Self Service Applications Bookeye 4, the latest addition to the Image Access GmbH family of scanners; is a compact, simple to operate, fast and cost-efficient book scanning solution. The V-cradle, integrated touchscreen, an 19 inch large preview monitor and a fast Ethernet network connection enable simple and fast scanning of books and other documents in formats up to DIN A2. The integrated book cradle can be position at 120 degrees, allowing scanning on either a flat surface or by resting the book in a V form on the cradle, protecting the book s spine and binding. Intuitive menus on the touchscreen guide the user through configuration of the scanner to optimal operation. Data scanned on a Bookeye 4 can be saved to your own USB media using one of the two USB ports or sent to an destination. Uploading to an FTP server, printing to a connected printer or saving the images to a network drive are of course also possible. With Bookeye 4, digitization in unbelievably simple! Large Format Duplex Scanner WideTEK 36 DS Based on the input and feedback from a large number of customers, Image Access has developed a solution for working with mixed format, dual sided source documents and thus developed the world s first large format duplex scanner the WideTEK 36 DS. WideTEK 36 DS scans both sides of formats up to 915 mm width. At a resolution of 300 dpi, it takes only four seconds to scan the front and back sides of a newspaper for example, because it scans both sides in a single pass through the scanner. Double sided scanning dramatically reduces processing time and increases throughput a major advantage where large quantities of documents are to be scanned.
