1 One-Shot Foren One-Shot Moulds Die One-Shot Foren werden auf Anlagen it de gleichnaigen Abfüllverfahren verwendet. Die Anlagenhersteller verwenden unterschiedliche Forate und Zentrierverfahren. Einige Hersteller verwenden bevorzugt Düsenbalken, die sich durch Düsenabstand und Anzahl der Düsen unterscheiden. Die dazu passenden Foren wurden in Zusaenarbeit it den Anlagenherstellern optiiert. Sie finden diese Foren bei uns zusaengefasst in Gruppen it gleiche Forat und Zentrierverfahren. Mit der Angabe der Düsenabstände können Sie dann sicherstellen, dass Sie die passende For ausgewählt haben. Einige Hersteller arbeiten it flexiblen Foraten und koen ohne Zentrierungen aus. Für deren Anlagen können Sie grundsätzlich alle Foren verwenden, sofern die Düsenabstände passen und die Forengröße für diese Anlage geeignet ist. Darüber hinaus können auf vielen Anlagen auch die 275 Foren (aus Kapitel 2) verwendet werden. Entscheidend für deren Verwendung ist die Eignung des Artikels für das One-Shot Verfahren und der passende Artikelabstand. Außerde bieten wir auch Foren für flüssige Füllungen an. Diese werden beispielsweise auf Collann Hydo18-Anlagen (oder Hydo24) eingesetzt. Inforationen zu unseren Hydo- Foren erhalten sie auf Anfrage. One-shot oulds are used on achines suitable for the corresponding process. The oulding line anufacturers use different ould sizes and different centering systes. Soe achine suppliers preferably offer nozzle plates which differ in nozzle distance and nuber of nozzles. The corresponding oulds have been developed together with the achine suppliers and have been optiized. In this catalogue we classified the oulds according to their ould size and centering syste. With the indication of the nozzle distance you can ake sure to have chosen a suitable ould. Soe achine anufacturers work with flexible ould sizes and don t need any kind of centering. For this kind of achine you can generally spoken choose all ould sizes as long as the center distances correspond to your nozzle plate und the ould size isn t inappropriate for any reason. Furtherore, our oulds with a length of 275 (pls see chapter 2) can be used on any achines. It depends on the center distances as well as which is iportant the suitability of the cavity for the one-shot process. We also offer oulds for liquid fillings. Dazu beachten Sie bitte die Spezifikationen Ihrer Anlage in Bezug auf Forengröße, Artikelabstand (Düsenabstand) und klären Sie die Notwendigkeit und Art der Zentrierung.
