Zusätzlich existiert ein Pufferspeicher. In addition, there is a buffer memory. Das Gebäude hat einen Primärenergiebedarf von unter 100 kwh/m². Dämmung Eine Vakuumdämmung sorgt dafür, dass die Wärme im Gebäude bleibt. Die Fenster sind dreifach-verglast. Haustechnik Eine interne Wetterstation misst Temperatur, Niederschlag und Windverhältnisse und sendet die entsprechenden Befehle an die Haustechnik. In Hitzeperioden öffnen sich nachts automatisch einige Fenster und sorgen für Abkühlung. Die begrünten Innenhöfe mit ihrem Kühlungseffekt sind in das Lüftungskonzept mit einbezogen. House Automation A intern wheater station is meassuring temperature, rainfall and wind conditions and the house automation is using these datas.
