2 Projektinformation Titel: Projektnummer: Projekttyp: Jahr: 2011 Status: Marketing Text: RISKY KNOWLEDGE FR1-LEO Innovationstransfer bewilligt FR-Frankreich Der Schutz und die Sicherheit von Informationssystem, digitalen Daten und Komponenten werden im Bereich des Transport-, Gesundheits- und Energiewesen immer wichtiger. Die Fähigkeiten dazu oder erfahrenes Personal in diesen Bereichen sind selten vorhanden, desweiteren fehlt eine online Plattform mit Referenzen und möglichen Lösungsansetzen. Die Problemlösungen sollten durch das Lösen real aufgetretener Probleme erlernt werden und die Referenzen sollen einen einheitlichen Lösungsweg ermöglichen. Durch die online Plattform können alle Angestellten sich diese Fähigkeiten aneignen und dadurch ihre Kompetenz steigern. Unser Projekt hat zum Ziel, eine Dienstleistung mit einer online Plattform für Ende 2013 anzubieten. Ein E-Learning soll integriert werden, das es erlaubt sich die Fähigkeiten und Kompetenz aneignen. Desweiteren beinhaltet die Dienstleistung einen Katalog, in dem das Wissen in diesen Sektoren gespeichert und aktualisiert wird. Zusammenfassung: Our program focuses on improving the learning experience and the efficiency of training / education related to security and safety areas, and has the following objectives: - Enforce current training approach for security and safety topics by privileging return of experience and testimonies; - Analyze and deliver a long life training system dedicated to safety and security, closed to company and people needs and customized according to user profiles and strategic workforce planning; - Define a new innovative way to teach progressively security and safety and both combined; - Offer opportunities to inexperienced people to easily assimilate these competencies by compensating the lack of theories, norms and techniques with reusable use-cases ; - Compensate the future 10 years deficit of experienced people in charge of security or safety, in particular for SME by speeding up their level of experience : The Council Resolution of 22 March 2007 on a Strategy for a Secure Information Society in Europe (2007/C 68/01) decided : "Network operators, service providers and the private sector have to share and implement good security practices and to foster a culture of risk analysis and management in organizations and businesses." ENISA was created for. Nevertheless, today, there is a lack of Security/Safety skills and experienced people able to make decisions on these topics in a highly competitive context (Aerospace, Transport, Energy, Health, Banking,...). UE companies have to quickly increase their skills to address new business opportunities. Classic training methods are nowadays not appropriate to provide trainees quickly reusable content and decision making abilities (See FWBL for eg.). RISKY aims to provide a relevant tool for such opportunity, using existing innovation (tools and methods) to built a dynamic Work-based Vocational Training System based on concrete experiences of threats and attack management from the field (testimonies, use cases,...) close to Enterprises and SMEs needs and designed according to trainee profile and his job requirements. This will give trainees the opportunity to adjust their skills and competencies to cover professional profile requirements. Based on a multi-actor cooperation approach, all RISKY Project Partners will share complementary knowledge and expertise: 2

3 Projektinformation 1 - Education Experts for Methods, E-learning best practices and tools, 2 - Information security and safety management experts and professionals to feed course content, 3 - Multi-actors experts to manage multi-cultural aspects to succeed in european project with a common target, 4 - Target Users Panel to participate in Trainee Profile Mapping, provide «User Cases», monitor «Training deliverable» and assess results impact for Target Groups. Expected outcomes of RISKY are the following: 1 - Profile definition, relevant training paths, skills grid definition, 2 - E-learning platform to address security and safety specific training needs by providing pragmatic content from professional and experts, available in different languages. 3 - An innovative collaborative network to enable transfer between field of work (training providers, industry, security and safety experts ) and European countries, thanks to consortium and user club members interactions with Professional Associations support on the way to ECVET. The main impact, mainly for UE SMEs, is a relevant tool and method for a fast training improvement and a recognition of security and safety skills, expertise and know-how to face worldwide issues in Industry and Service around industry of knowledge (USA and Asia Competitions). Larger organizations have already expressed their interest in mapping their internal "Previsional HR management/ strategic workforce planning" with our grid/training path to capitalize experience and knowledge and provide similar courses for all their subsidiaries. This product aims to improve trainers and trainees security and safety level. For all other public, a synthesis is available directly on the website of the project to diffuse and share the correct approach without sharing the specific IP used by partners for dissemination and exploitation activities. 3
