2 Projektinformation Titel: Projektnummer: Projekttyp: Entwicklung des Kompetenzprofils des/der europäischen SpezialistInnen in Unterstützter Beschäftigung - ESES LLP IT-LEONARDO-LMP Jahr: 2012 Status: Marketing Text: Zusammenfassung: Innovationsentwicklung abgeschlossen EU-Zentralisierte Projekte "ESES" aims at developing a European competence profile for Supported Employment Specialists based both on the European Credit system for Vocational Education (ECVET) standards and on practices in different EU countries. The project wants to support the development of a European qualification of the Supported Employment Specialist (SES) as well as to promote, test and implement ECVET by applying it to assessment, design of curricula, transfer, validation and accumulation of learning outcomes achieved in formal, informal and non formal contexts related to the ESES qualification. As a consequence the project will benefit both the world of VET and, by focusing on a fundamental occupation, people with disabilities inserted or willing to be inserted in VET. The project will produce benchmarks for the profile of the SES, for training SESs and for accrediting their competence and organizations employing SESs. Thanks to the project the ECVET system and the occupation of SESs will become better known, more effective and widespread. Beschreibung: The "SES Competence Profile" will summarize all the information gathered in the "National Occupational Profile Reports" and will analyze the data obtained. Zielgruppe: Supported Employment Specialists Resultat: A useful report on the SES (skills, practices, knowledge) in several EU countries. Beschreibung: This product will contain the syllabus and the lesson plan of an e-learning course addressed to people who want to become SESs. According to ECVET guidelines, the course will be structured in learning outcomes. Zielgruppe: Prospective or current SESs Resultat: Prospective or current SESs will have a training tool to test. Anwendungsbereich: Training of Supported Employment Specialists. 10

Beschreibung: Obtained through the gathering and the analysis of "National Reports on Pilot of Course", this product will describe feedbacks of the people who attended the course. Beschreibung: This product will summarize the methodology to be used to evaluate people already working as SESs. ECVET guidelines and standards will be utilized. Zielgruppe: People already working as SESs Resultat: A tool to better understand possible ways to evaluate practices and skills of people working as SESs. Anwendungsbereich: Supported Employment. 13 Produkt 'Blueprint for the Training of the SES (version 2)' Titel: Blueprint for the Training of the SES (version 2) Marketing Text: Second version of syllabus and lesson plan of a course addressed to prospective SESs and following ECVET guidelines. Beschreibung: This product will be based both on the feedback obtained on the Course [see the product "Blueprint for the Training of the SES (version 1)"] and on the "Overall Reports on Pilot of Checkup" (see product). Zielgruppe: Prospective SESs and people already working as SESs Resultat: A revised and improved version of the "Blueprint for the Training of the SES (version 1)". Anwendungsbereich: Training of Supported Employment Specialists 13

14 Produkt 'Methodology for the Expertise Checkup of the SES (version 1 and version 2)' Titel: Methodology for the Expertise Checkup of the SES (version 1 and version 2) Marketing Text: Methodology for validation of competence and transfer of previous learning outcomes. Beschreibung: This "Methodology", structured according to the CEDEFOP (2009) "Guidelines for validating not formal and informal learning" will assess, transfer and validate learning outcomes (expressed in ECVET points) achieved in formal and non formal contexts. Zielgruppe: Supported Employment Specialists and people working in Supported Employment Resultat: Methodology for validation of competence and transfer of previous learning outcomes for people working in Supported Employment. 15 Produkt 'Guidelines for Accreditation of Training Providers' Titel: Guidelines for Accreditation of Training Providers Marketing Text: Guidelines for Accreditation of SESs and Training Providers. Beschreibung: The "Guidelines" will be a synthesis of previous analysis (see previous products), results of courses and pilot checkups, and studies on methodology carried out for this project. The "Guidelines" can be used by training providers that want to organize courses addressed to prospective SESs. The core of this product will be the assessment procedures of both SESs and training providers. Zielgruppe: Supported Employment Specialists and Training Providers Resultat: A tool on how to assess people working as SESs and VET institutions and organizations willing to train SESs.
