Durch AGROTRAIN Projekt, wird es die neuesten Methoden und Verbesserungen in der ökologischen Landwirtschaft, um ihre Arbeit in diesem Bereich zu erleichtern und gut ausgebildete professionelle Produzenten gegeben werden. Dies wird durch berufliche Bildung Module, die in unserem Projekt entwickelt wird, erreicht werden Zusammenfassung: AGROTRAIN project is very important with respect to some principles that are the roots from which organic agriculture grows and develops, e.g. health, ecology, fairness, care, etc. They express the contribution that organic agriculture can make to the world, and a vision to improve all agriculture in a global context. They apply to agriculture in the broadest sense, including the way people tend plant protection, soils, water, plants and animals in order to produce, prepare and distribute food and other goods. They concern the way people interact with living landscapes, relate to one another and shape the legacy of future generations. The main focus of the project is on enhancing the quality and performance of VET systems, improving information and guidance systems and strengthening the European dimension in organic agriculture management. Since the project will promote creativity and innovation in the topic it will improve the employment and people s capacity resulting in rapidly changing management quality in organic agriculture sector. It should be noted that increased attention will be given to systematic dissemination and exploitation of results at project to achieve the specific objective. The project will support participants in training and further training activities in the acquisition and the use of knowledge, skills and qualifications to facilitate personal development. AGROTRAIN includes 6 partners from 5 European countries; Bulgaria, Greece, Hungary, Spain and Turkey. The project products will be based on research methodolohy, reporting, collection of data, creation of training, analyzing, validation of the results and dissemination of the results. The target groups will be VET institutes, universities, adult education centers, professional and farmer associations, public body advisors, and cooperatives. Through AGROTRAIN project, it will be given the latest methods and improvements in organic agriculture sector to ease their work in this sector and to have well skilled professional producers. This will be achieved through vocational training modules which will be developed in our project. Beschreibung: The aims of the project is to develop user-friendly vocational training tools, especially development of relevant and innovative e-learning content, in the field of organic agriculture management which will be based upon the main principles of European Agriculture Policies, as there is a lack of specific vocational training in this field for the target groups, which are from VET institutes, universities, adult education centers, professional and farmer associations, public body advisors, cooperatives. Technological assistance must be supplied to inform the people about the latest policies, principles & techniques and to train them in the best way in order to have healthy ecosystems -healthy soils produce healthy crops that foster the health of animals and people. In addition to analyze the vocational training system in partner countries in relations to the target group (VET Institutes, universities, adult education centers, farmer associations, public body advisors, cooperatives), to make proposals, based on the analysis of good practices, and to adapt the vocational training systems and devices to the specific needs and characteristics of the target group, in the different elements of training: 2

3 Projektinformationen - Programming; set up of the broad lines of training systems. - Planning; establishment of a training plan, including organizational issues common to different training actions. - Management of training actions; issues related with the organization of concrete training actions. - Pedagogical issues; including issues such as the teaching methodology, structure and contents of training materials, etc. - Evaluation of training actions; giving a feedback for future programming, planning, management and pedagogical issues.
