3 SERVICEINSTRUKTION Kyldelsbyte bergvärmepumpar Allmänt Anvisning för kyldelsbyte gällande NIBE bergvärme pumpar. Vid utbyte av kyldel kan även en slangsats (se Tillbehör) krävas om värmepumpen är tillverkad före (serienummer XXXXXX04030XXX), kyldelar efter detta datum har conexanslutningar som standard. Tillsammans med kyldelen medlevereras nytt pressostatkablage (lågtryck/drift) som vid behov ska användas till FIGHTER 1110/1115 och FIGHTER 1210/1215. Kyldelar bestyckade med scrollkompressorer har påklistrad etikett som visar att den innehåller scrollkompressor. Värmepumpen måste ovillkorligen vara utrustad med fasföljdsvakt innan kyldelar med scrollkompressorer av storlekarna 13/15, 15/17 och 20 kw kopplas in. Demontering 1. Gör värmepumpen spänningslös innan arbetet påbörjas. 2. Ta bort nedre sidoplåtar så att kyldelen blir åtkomlig. 3. Lyft bort frontplåten så att kablage för kompressor och pressostater blir åtkomliga. 4. Lossa pressostatkablage (snabbkontakter alt. rundhylsor). 5. Lossa kompressorkablaget. 6. Avtappning köldbärarsida: Stäng avstängningsventilerna till köldbärarsystemet. Lossa slangen mellan förångarens övre del och KB-pumpen vid förångaren (A). Den lossade slangändan kan nu böjas ner och innehållet töms i ett mindre kärl. Lossa sedan anslutningen till KB-f en aning för att släppa in luft så att värmepumpens köldbärarsida helt töms. 7. Avtappning värmebärarsida: Stäng avstängningsventilerna till värmebärarsystemet. Öppna sedan avtappningsventilen (76). Lite vatten rinner ut, men för att kunna tömma hela värme bär arsidan måste kopplingen som förbinder värme bärarsidan och anslutningen på värmepumpen VB-fram lossas en aning för att släppa in luft så att resterande vatten kan rinna ut. 8. Öppna isoleringen och lossa resterande kopplingar (B). 9. Kylmodulen vilar på fyra gummidämpare. Tre är fästa i kyldelens bottenplatta (se fig) och måste lossas. Två finns på höger långsida (C) och blir åtkomliga om isoleringen öppnas lite och den tredje (D) är bakom kyldelens frontlucka. OBS! Den fjärde dämparen (längst bak till vänster) är inte fastskruvad i kyldelen och behöver ej lossas. 10. För FIGHTER 1330 se nästa sida. 11. Kyldelen kan nu dras ut. Återmontering 1. Återmontera utbyteskyldelen i omvänd ordning. 2. Koppla in elkablaget. Använd medlevererat pressostatkablage där så behövs. OBS! Om en scrollkompressor ska monteras i en värmepump som tidigare inte innehållit scrollkompressor, skiljer sig elinkopplingen från den tidigare kompressorn. Elinkopplingen ska då ske enligt respektive instruktioner på följande sidor. 3. Återfyll köld- och värmebärarsystemet enligt anvisning i Monterings- och skötselanvisningen avsnitt Igångkörning och injustering. 4. Om en scrollkompressor monterats utför rotationskontroll enligt avsnitt Rotationskontroll. 5. Kontrollera att anslutningarna håller tätt. 6. OBS! Kondensisolera den kalla sidan (isolering som tidigare öppnats upp återställs). 7. Återmontera luckorna. A 76 D B OBS! 4 SE Demontering kyldel FIGHTER 1330 Demontering kyldel FIGHTER 1330 Vid utbyte av kyldel gällande värmepump av modell FIGHTER 1330 kan det behöva skäras ut spår i plåten p g a en blindnitmutter som gör att 265kyldelen ej går att lyfta ur. Detta behöver bara göras om 185 värmepumpen är tillverkad under tidsperioden till med 110 serienummer XXX till XXX, XXX till XXX eller XXX till XXX. FIGHTER 1330 som är tillverkade efter den tidsperioden har redan dessa utskurna spår från fabrik. Skär ut spåren i plåten enligt bild och mått för att kunna lyfta ur kyldelen. För att ge bättre åtkomst och för att underlätta vid bearbetning av plåten kan kyldelen lyftas i framkant mm. Den bearbetade ytan gradas och därefter målas svart LEK Utskurna spår 4 Kyldelsbyte

5 Rotationskontroll / Utbyte från kolvkompressor till scrollkompressor SE Rotationskontroll Kompressorer av typen scroll kan endast arbeta i en rotationsriktning. Drift med fel rotationsriktning kan skada kompressorn. OBS! I kylmodulen finns det oskyddade starkströmskontakter. Iakttag försiktighet vid kontroll av hetgastemperatur. Kontrollera rotationsriktningen enligt följande: F mitsu Rotationskontroll för kompressorer utan fasföljdsvakt 1. Sätt strömställare i läge Kontrollera att värme börjar produceras direkt efter kompressorstart genom att mäta temperaturen på hetgasledningen. 6 Denna 60 skall stiga med 69minst 5 C inom ca 60 sek. 3. Om temperaturen förblir oförändrad är rotationsriktningen felaktig. Även ljudet är annorlunda vid fel rota- 164 tionsriktning. Sätt strömställare i läge 0 och koppla 9ifrån huvudströmmen. Skifta två inkommande faser på plinten för inkommande el, -X9. 26 Sätt strömställare i läge 1 och gör om rotationskontrollen Rotationskontroll för kompressorer med fasföljdsvakt Fasföljdsvakten känner spänningen på inkommande ledningar och förhindrar start om fasföljden inte är den rätta, eller om en fas har avbrott eller har för låg spänning. Grön lysdiod är tänd då spänning finns. Orange lysdiod är tänd vid rätt fasföljd. 1. Sätt strömställare i läge Är orange lysdiod på fasföljdsvakten släckt föreligger fasföljdsfel. Sätt strömställare i läge 0 och koppla ifrån huvudströmmen. Skifta två inkommande faser på plinten för inkommande el, -X9. Sätt strömställare i läge 1 och gör om rotationskontrollen. Fasföljdsvakt Utbyte från kolvkompressor till scrollkompressor Allmänt Kabelsatsen gör det möjligt att ansluta en utbyteskompressor av scrolltyp till äldre värmepumpsmodeller. För komponentplacering se respektive Monterings- och skötselanvisning Kompressorvärmare För bästa funktion skall scrollkompressorns olja ständigt varmhållas. En kompressorvärmare är därför monterad runt kompressorns nedre del. Värmeelementet slås på så snart värmepumpen kopplas till och är i startläge. Kompressorvärmaren kopplas in enligt respektive inkopplingsschema. Fasföljd Kompressorer av typen scroll kan endast arbeta i en rotationsriktning. Drift med fel rotationsriktning kan skada kompressorn. Följ anvisningarna för inkopplingen, installera eventuell fasföljdsvakt och kontrollera rotationsriktningen efter inkoppling för att säkerställa att fasföljden är rätt. Kyldelsbyte 5

Lossa hela ledningen från båda mjukstartkorten och installera den omvänt enligt bild. Anslut den klippta ledningen till fasföljdsreläets uttag 11. Koppla den medföljande ledningen (0194) mellan fasföljdsreläets uttag 14 och plint X13 enligt bild Genomför rotationskontroll enligt avsnitt Rotationskontroll Rotationskontroll för kompressorer med fasföljdsvakt. 19 SERVICE INSTRUCTION Cooling section replacement ground source heat pumps GB General Instructions for cooling section replacement regarding NIBE ground source heat pumps. When replacing the cooling section, a hose kit (see Accessories) may also be required if the heat pump is manufactured before (serial number XXXXXX04030XXX), cooling sections made after this date have standard conex connections. Together with the cooling section, new pressostat wiring (low pressure/operation) is supplied, which, if necessary, is to be used for FIGHTER 1110/1115 and FIGHTER 1210/1215. Cooling sections equipped with scroll compressors have an attached label that indicates that it contains a scroll compressor. The heat pump must, in all circumstances, be equipped with a phase sequence monitor before cooling sections with 13/15, 15/17 and 20 kw scroll compressors are connected. 20 GB General Dismantling 1. Cut the power to the heat pump before starting work. 2. Remove the lower side panels to access the cooling section. 3. Remove the front panel to access the wiring for the compressor and pressostats. 4. Disconnect the pressostat wiring (quick-release connectors or round sleeves). 5. Disconnect the compressor wiring. 6. Draining, collector side: Close the shut-off valves for the brine system. Disconnect the hose between the top of the evaporator and the brine pump on the evaporator (A). The loose hose end can now be bent down and emptied in a small bowl. Now loosen the connection on Brine-out a little to allow air to enter so the heat pump's collector side is emptied completely. 7. Draining, heat medium side: Close the shut-off valves in heating medium system. Now open the drain valve (76). A small amount of water runs out, however, to fully empty the heating medium side requires the connector that joins the heating medium side and the connection on the heat pump VB-flow to be loosened a little to allow air to enter so the remaining water can run out. 8. Open the insulation and disconnect the remaining connections (B). 9. The cooling module rests on four rubber dampers. Three are fixed in the base panel of the cooling section (see fig) and must be disconnected. There are two on the long right-hand side (C) and can be accessed by opening the insulation slightly and the third (D) is behind the front panel of the cooling section. Note! The fourth damper (rearmost to the left) is not fixed in the cooling section and does not need to be disconnected. 10. For FIGHTER 1330 see the following page. 11. The cooling section can now be pulled out. Re-assembly 1. Re-assemble the replacement cooling section in reverse order. 2. Connect the power cable. Use the supplied pressostat wiring where required. Note! If a scroll compressor is to be installed in a heat pump that did not previously contain a scroll compressor, the electrical connection differs from the earlier compressor. The electrical connection should then be carried out according to the relevant instructions on the following pages. 3. Refill the brine and heating medium system according to the instructions in Installation and Maintenance instructions section Commissioning and adjustment. 4. If a scroll compressor is installed carry out a rotation check according to section Rotation check. 5. Check that the connections are secure. 6. Note! 21 Removing the cooling section from FIGHTER 1330 GB Removing the cooling section from FIGHTER 1330 When replacing the cooling section for the heat pump on FIGHTER 1330, grooves may need to be cut in the panel due to a blind rivet that 265 prevents the cooling section from being removed. This 185 only need be carried out if the heat pump was manufactured between and with serial numbers XXX to XXX, XXX to XXX or XXX to XXX. FIGHTER 1330 models manufactured after this time already have these grooves. Cut grooves in the panel with measurements as illustrated to be able to lift out the cooling section. To obtain better access and to facilitate work on the panel, the cooling section can be lifted mm at its front edge. 22 GB Rotation check / Replacing piston compressor for scroll compressor Rotation check Scroll type compressors can only operate in one direction of rotation. Operating in the wrong direction can damage the compressor. Check the direction of rotation as follows: Rotation check for compressors without phase sequence monitor 1. Set the switch to Check for heat production immediately after the compressor starts by measuring the temperature on the hot gas line. It must rise by at least 5 C within 60 seconds. 3. If the temperature remains the same, the direction of rotation is incorrect. The noise produced is also different when rotating in the incorrect direction. Set the switch to 0 and cut the main power supply. Swap the two incoming phases on the terminal block for incoming electricity, -X9. Set the switch to 1 and check the rotation again. Rotation check for compressors with phase sequence monitor The phase sequence monitor senses the voltage on incoming wiring and prevents start-up if the phase sequence is not correct, or if a phase has an open-circuit or has insufficient voltage. Green LED is lit when there is power. Orange LED is lit at correct phase sequence. 1. Set the switch to if the orange LED on the phase sequence monitor is not lit there is a phase sequence fault. Set the switch to 0 and Disconnect the main power supply. Swap the two incoming phases on the terminal block for incoming electricity, -X9. Set the switch to 1 and check the rotation again. Replacing piston compressor for scroll compressor General The cable kit makes it possible to connect a replacement compressor of the scroll type to older heat pump models. Refer to relevant "Installation and Maintenance Instructions" for location of components. Compressor heater For optimum function the scroll compressor oil must be continuously warmed. A compressor heater is therefore mounted in the lower part of the compressor. The heating element comes on as soon as the heat pump is switched on and is in the start position. The compressor heater is connected according to the relevant connection diagram. Phase sequence Scroll type compressors can only operate in one direction of rotation. Operating in the wrong direction can damage the compressor. Follow the connection instructions, install any phase sequence monitors and check the rotation direction after connection to ensure that the phase sequence is correct. 35 SERVICE-INSTRUKTION Kältemodulwechsel Sole/Wasser - Wärmepumpen DE Allgemeines Anleitung zum Wechsel des Kältemoduls in NIBE- Solewasserwärmepumpen. Bei einem Kühlteilwechsel kann ein Schlauchsatz (siehe Zubehör) erforderlich sein, wenn die Wärmepumpe vor dem hergestellt wurde (siehe Seriennummer XXXXXX04030XXX). Kältemodul, die nach diesem Datum hergestellt wurden, verfügen standardmäßig über Conex-Anschlüsse. Im Lieferumfang des Kältemoduls befinden sich neue Pressostatkabel (Niederdruck/Betrieb), die bei Bedarf für FIGHTER 1110/1115 und FIGHTER 1210/1215 zu verwenden sind. Mit Scrollverdichtern bestückte Kältemodule sind mit einem Etikett versehen, das auf diese Ausstattung hinweist. Die Wärmepumpe muss unbedingt mit einem Phasenfolgenwächter ausgerüstet werden, bevor Kältemodule mit Scrollverdichtern der Leistungsgrößen 13/15, 15/17 und 20 kw angeschlossen werden dürfen. 36 DE Allgemeines Demontage 1. Unterbrechen Sie vor Beginn der Arbeiten die Spannungszufuhr zur Wärmepumpe. 2. Nehmen Sie die unteren Seitenverkleidungen am, um an den Kühlteil zu gelangen. 3. Heben Sie die Frontverkleidung ab, um die Kabel für Verdichter und Pressostate freizulegen. 4. Lösen Sie die Pressostatkabel (Schnellanschlüsse bzw. Buchsen). 5. Lösen Sie die Verdichterkabel. 6. Entleerung Kälteträgerseite: Schließen Sie die Absperrventile für das Kälteträgersystem. Lösen Sie den Schlauch zwischen dem oberen Verdampferteil und der Kälteträgerpumpe am Verdampfer (A). Das gelöste Schlauchende kann nach unten gebogen und der Schlauchinhalt in ein kleines Gefäß gefüllt werden. Lösen Sie anschließend die Verbindung mit KB-f ein wenig, um Luft einzulassen und die Kälteträgerseite der Wärmepumpe komplett zu entleeren. 7. Entleerung Wärmeträgerseite: Schließen Sie die Absperrventile für das Wärmeträgersystem. Öffnen Sie anschließend das Entleerungsventil (76). Nun fließt etwas Wasser ab. Um die gesamte Wärmeträgerseite entleeren zu können, muss die Verbindung zwischen Wärmeträgerseite und dem Wärmepumpeanschluss VB-fram leicht gelöst werden, um Luft zuzuführen und so das verbleibende Wasser abzulassen. 8. Öffnen Sie die Isolierung und lösen Sie die restlichen Verbindungen (B). 9. Das Kältemodul ruht auf vier Gummidämpfern. Drei sind an der Bodenplatte des Kühlteils befestigt (siehe Abbildung) und müssen gelöst werden. Zwei Gummidämpfer befinden sich an der rechten Längsseite (C) und sind erreichbar, wenn die Isolierung ein Stück geöffnet wird und sich der dritte Gummidämpfer (D) hinter der Frontabdeckung des Kühlteils befindet. Hinweis: Der vierte Dämpfer (ganz hinten links) ist nicht am Kältemodul festgeschraubt und muss nicht gelöst werden. 10. Angaben zu FIGHTER 1330 finden Sie auf der nächsten Seite. 11. Das Kältemodul kann nun herausgezogen werden. Erneute Montage 1. Die erneute Montage des Austauschkältemoduls geschieht in umgekehrter Reihenfolge. 2. Schließen Sie die Stromkabel an. Nutzen Sie bei Bedarf die beiliegenden Pressostatkabel. Hinweis: Wenn in einer Wärmepumpe erstmals ein Scrollverdichter montiert werden soll, ist der elektrische Anschluss im Gegensatz zum vorherigen Verdichter anders auszuführen. Der elektrische Anschluss muss in diesem Fall gemäß den Vorgaben auf den folgenden Seiten vorgenommen werden. 3. Befüllen Sie erneut das Kälte- und Wärmeträgersystem anhand der Anleitung im Abschnitt Inbetriebnahme und Einstellung in der Montage- und Wartungsanleitung. 4. Wurde ein Scrollverdichter montiert, führen Sie eine Rotationskontrolle aus (siehe gleichnamiger Abschnitt). 5. Kontrollieren Sie, ob die Anschlüsse dicht sind. 6. Hinweis: Isolieren Sie die kalte Seite gegen Kondensation. (Stellen Sie dabei die zuvor geöffnete Isolierung wieder her.) 7. Bringen Sie die Abdeckungen wieder an. 37 Demontage Kältemodul an FIGHTER 1330 DE Demontage Kältemodul an FIGHTER 1330 Beim Wechsel des Kältemoduls an Wärmepumpenmodell FIGHTER 1330 müssen evtl. Nuten im Blech angebracht werden, da eine Blindnietenmutter das Herausheben des Kältemoduls verhindert. Dieser Arbeitsschritt ist nur erforderlich, wenn die Wärmepumpe im Zeitraum bis hergestellt wurde und eine Seriennummer im Bereich XXX bis XXX, XXX bis XXX oder XXX bis XXX liegt. FIGHTER /1330-Modelle, die nach dem o.g. Zeitraum gefertigt wurden, sind bereits werkseitig mit Nuten versehen Stellen Sie die Nuten im Blech gemäß den Abmessungen auf der Abbildung her, um das Kältemodul herausheben zu können. Um eine einfachere Erreichbarkeit und Bearbeitung des Blechs zu ermöglichen, kann das Kältemodul an der Vorderseite um cm angehoben werden.
