Factors such as air / gases, dirt and corrosive particles can lead to an unwanted reduction in energy efficiency. Pumps, valves and other components can suffer as a consequence. This results in higher energy costs, unnecessary wear and the associated costs of repair and failures. Where does the air or gas come from? After a system is initially filled and bled, dissolved gases and microbubbles remain in the medium, and via diffusion, gas constantly gets into the system through valves and fittings. If the gases are not sufficiently removed, then unwanted problems will inevitably occur. - With the Barnova TOPCAT separator range, you will be well equipped for every application with the associated dimensions. - For really difficult cases, the TOPCAT / TOPCAT DUO / TOPCAT PLUS separators get to grips with the corrosion particles and other metallic impurities using integrated, replaceable magnets.
