Carry out excavation work for the foundations as shown in Diagram 2. After excavation, compress the foundation floor. Note: The fitness equipment is built in on the ground level. Pay attention to items marked ground level of the fitness equipment! 3. Set up the concrete foundations for the leg-workout-module (LxWxH 2050 x 750 x 400 mm), for the dip-module (1x LxWxH 1300 x 600 x 400 mm and 1x LxWxH 1200 x 600 x 400 mm), the press-up-module (LxWxH 600 x 1800 x 400 mm), the climb-up-module (LxWxH 600 x 1150 x 400 mm) and the foundation for the standing post (LxWxH 600 x 600 x 400 mm) acc. to the dimensions indicated with central, horizontal reinforcement (BST 500 S) in the quality class C 20/25. Select the postition of the fitness information sign. 3 pipe connector 5. Carry out excavation work for the instruction sign for the two foundations as shown in Diagram 5. After excavation, compress the foundation floor. 6. Set up the concrete foundations acc. to the dimensions indicated (LxBxH 300 x 300 x 300 mm) in the quality class C 20/25. Diagram 3b: fixation of the pipe connector Diagram 3c: Connection clamp 7. After the setting period of days - depending on weather conditions and foundation size - clean the surface of the foundation, and start with the mounting of the fitness equipment. 8. Connect the four standing posts with the pull-up-module using the screws and the lugs according to diagram 3a. Do a rough aligning at the foundation according to diagram 3c,2 and 1. Note: Do not screw the base plates onto the foundations yet! 9. Screw the leg-workout-module, the press-up-module and the dip-module at the standing posts as shown in diagram 3a. 10. Connect the climb-up-module with the pipe connectors included in the delivery according to diagram 3b and 3c. 11. Adjust the sports equipment and screw the base plate of the fitness equipment onto the foundation anchor with the included heavy-duty dowels. NOTE: We suggest to align the instruction sheet with the result that the instructions are visible during the use of the fitness equipment. 13. 5 Beton Concrete Erde Ground Füllmaterial Filling NOTE: Fitness equipment, which contain components made of stainless steel should not come with normal steel parts in contact. Those steel parts may rub off and leave small steel particles in combination with moisture brown rust stains.if such corrosion occur on stainless steel parts, they are fine with an abrasive (240 grit) to remove. 6 Um ein gutes optisches Erscheinungsbild Ihrer stilum-spielgeräte über einen langen Zeitraum zu erhalten sollte den Edelstahloberflächen trotz Ihrer Korrosionsbeständigkeit ein gewisses Maß an Pflege zukommen. Besonders Flächen die nicht von Regen erreicht werden sollten in regelmäßigen Abständen von Ablagerungen durch Luftverschmutzung wie Flugrost oder anderem atmosphärisch bedingten Schmutz befreit werden. Bei leichtem Schmutz eignet sich hierzu ein Hochdruckreiniger. Sind die Ablagerungen hartnäckig sollte man einen speziellen Flüssigreiniger (z.b. auf Phosphorsäurebasis) mit einem sauberen Tuch auftragen und nach kurzer Einwirkzeit mit klarem Wasser abspülen. Bei Reinigungsmitteln mit mild abrasiven Komponenten ist darauf zu achten, dass immer in Schliffrichtung gewischt wird. Bei stark vernachlässigten Oberflächen können auch Polituren (z.b. für Chrompflege an Autos) oder bei öligen und fettigen Verschmutzungen alkoholische Reinigungs- und Lösemittel (z.b. Spiritus, Isopropylalkohol oder Azeton) verwendet werden. Hierbei ist jedoch zu beachten, dass der angelöste Schmutz nicht großflächig verteilt wird. Es dürfen keine chloridhaltigen bzw. salzsäurehaltigen Produkte, Scheuerpulver, Bleich- oder Silberputzmittel verwendet werden. Die Reinigungsintervalle hängen von Stärke und Art der Verschmutzung sowie von den Ansprüchen die an die optische Beschaffenheit gestellt werden ab. Es empfiehlt sich in Abständen von 6 bis 12 Monaten bzw. bei starker Belastung in Abständen von 3 bis 6 Monaten zu säubern. Allgemeines DIN 16630: _4.1: Fitnessgeräte sind nicht für die Installation in unmittelbarer Nähe von Kinderspielplatzgeräten nach DIN EN 1174 vorgesehen. Falls sie in Verbindung mit Kinderspielplatzgeräten auf Spielplätzen oder ähnlichen Einrichtungen aufgestellt werden, müssen sie durch ausreichend Abstand, Einfriedung oder andere bauliche Maßnahmen vom allgemeinen Spieltrieb getrennt werden. Bewegungsraum DIN 16630: _ Die Höhe des Bewegungsraumes über eine Bewegungsfläche muss min. 2,20m betragen. Der Bewegungsraum muss indernissfrei sein und ist nicht für den Aufenthalt von Zuschauern bestimmt. In diesem Raum dürfen sich keine Gegenstände befinden, auf die ein benutzer fallen könnte und die Verletzungen verursachen könnten, z.b. Pfosten, die nicht bündig mit angrenzenden Teilen sind oder herausragenden Fundamente. Der Bewegungsfreiraum ist im Falle einer erzwungenen Bewegung um min. 0,5m zu erweitern. Im Falle von Geräten, die an oder gegen einer Wand mit einer Mindesthöhe gleich der des Übungsraumes aufgestellt werden, darf der Bewegungsraum verringert werden. Bewegungsräume einschließlich Bewegungsflächen dürfen sich überschneiden. Ausgenommen davon sind Bewegungsräume und Geräte mit erzwungener Bewegung. Stand: S. 6
