3 Kabelverschraubungen für anspruchsvolle Hygiene-Anwendungen Die Herstellung und Verarbeitung von Gütern in der Lebensmittel-, Chemie- und Pharmaindustrie erfordert die Einhaltung hoher Hygiene-Vorschriften. Um Kontaminationen auszuschließen, ist der Automatisierungsgrad der Produktionsanlagen sehr hoch. Es koen viele Kabel und Leitungen zum Einsatz, die hygienisch einwandfrei in Gehäuse und Maschinenkomponenten eingeführt und abgedichtet werden müssen. Gemäß den hohen Anforderungen an Kabeleinführungen für Hygiene-Anwendungen, müssen die verwendeten Bauteile gut reinigbar sein und schärfsten Reinigungsmitteln widerstehen. Daher setzt dieser Industriebereich in der Regel auf Edelstahl und hochwertige Kunststoffe. Aufgrund internationaler Hygiene-Vorschriften, z. B. der DIN EN für die Lebensmittelindustrie, müssen zudem Anhaftungen minimiert bzw. verhindert werden. Hohlräume, Spalte und offene Gewindegänge sind daher tabu. Denn hier können sich Reinigungsrückstände ablagern und Bakteriennester bilden.
