3 Die Wort-Bildmarke Eingetragene Marke Grundsätzlich dürfen nur Logo-Versionen mit Symbol verwendet werden (Kennzeichnung als eingetragene Marke). Ausgenommen sind Mikro- und Makro-Abbildungen (S.5). Version mit Claim Die Kombination mit Claim kommt zum Einsatz, wenn die Branchenzugehörigkeit der Marke betont werden soll. 6 Der Bullenkopf Die Bildmarke, im Folgenden als Bullenkopf bezeichnet, darf nur dann als Solitär verwendet werden, wenn in einem mittelbaren Umfeld der Schriftzug SW-MOTECH in Versalschreibweise, als Weblink oder die Wortmarke eingebunden werden. Dabei sind die Mindestschutz räume einzuhalten (S.7). Eingetragene Marke Grundsätzlich sollen nur Logo-Versionen mit Symbol verwendet werden (Kennzeichnung als eingetragene Marke). Ausgenommen sind Mikro- und Makro-Abbildungen (S.8). 7 Der Bullenkopf Schutzräume Der Bullenkopf sollte frei auf einem kontrastierenden Untergrund stehen. Der umseitige Mindestschutzraum beträgt ein Sechs tel der Höhe des Bullenkopfes (s. Abb. 1). Ist die verfügbare Fläche zur Ergänzung von Schriftzug/Wortmarke sehr klein, beträgt der Mindestabstand zwischen Bullenkopf und Schriftzug ein Drittel der Höhe des Bullenkopfes (s. Abb. 2). Die Breite des Bullenkopfes gibt in dieser Konstellation die maximale Breite des Schriftzuges SW-MOTECH, des Weblinks oder der Wortmarke vor. Diese dürfen nur unterhalb des Bullenkopfes platziert werden. The bull s head free spaces The bull s head should stand alone on a contrasting background. 9 Die Logofarben Das SW-MOTECH Rot steht als Signalfarbe für Stärke, Dynamik und Innovation. Der rote Bulle symbolisiert Kraft, Widerstandsfähigkeit und Temperament. Vollton-Schwarz und Weiß kommen bei Wortmarke, Claim und einfarbigen Versionen zum Einsatz oder als Fond für schwarze bzw. weiße Logo-Versionen. Logo colors SW-MOTECH Red is a signal color for strength, dynamics and innovation. The red bull symbolizes power, resilience and temperament. Solid black and white are used in word marks, claim and monochromatic versions or as a background for black or white logo versions. 10 Ergänzende Schwarzabstufungen Es können Schwarzabstufungen verwendet werden, z.b. als Zeilen-/Spalten hinterlegungen in Tabellen, Fondfarben o.a. falls die drei Corporate Design Basisfarben Weiß, Schwarz und Rot zur Diffe renzierung nicht ausreichen. Die Verwendung von zusätzlichen bunten Farben neben Rot ist nicht vorgesehen. Rot ist nur im Vollton zulässig. 12 Platzierung im Logo-Verbund Im Idealfall sollte die Wort-Bildmarke zum Einsatz kommen. Wenn die Abbildungsgröße es zulässt, grundsätzlich mit Symbol. Auch bei der Platzierung im Logo-Verbund ist der Mindestschutzraum zu beachten. Sollte der vorgegebene Bereich für die Platzierung der Wort-Bildmarke suboptimal ausfallen, kann auf den Bullenkopf (mit oder ohne Symbol) in Kombination mit SW-MOTECH Schriftzug oder Wortmarke ausgewichen werden (S.7). 14 Sub-Marken mit Bullenkopf Die Sub-Marken Legend Gear (LG) und ION weisen eine individuelle Färbung des Bullenkopfes aber auch wesentliche Merkmale der Dachmarke auf. Die LG Wortmarke als auch Wort-Bildmarke tragen eine serien spezifische Farbe. Der LG Bullenkopf weist kein Symbol auf. Auch für die Darstellung der Sub-Marken gilt die Regel, dass bei Verwendung des Bullenkopfes als Solitär die jeweilige Wortmarke im Gestaltungsumfeld zu platzieren ist: LG Bullenkopf ergänzt durch LG Wortmarke ION Bullenkopf ergänzt durch Wortmarke Sub brands with bull s head The sub brands Legend Gear (LG) and ION feature an individual coloration of the bull s head, but also essential characteristics of the umbrella brand. Die Kombination der Hausschrift mit anderen Auszeichnungsschriften ist in Sonderfällen zulässig, um bestimmte Zielgruppen individuell zu adressieren oder um in Kampagnen moderne Akzente zu setzen.
