12 AMNOTEC HD Endoskope AMNOTEC HD Endoscopes Technische Informationen: Technical Information: Ein speziell berechnetes Optiksystem, basierend auf hochbrechenden Stablinsen und neuester Vergütungstechnologie, garantiert eine exzellente Bildschärfe und Farbwiedergabe. Für die jeweilige Anwendung ausgewählte Glasfasern sorgen für eine hervorragende Lichttransmission. Ein lasergeschweißter distaler Faserschuh garantiert eine optimale Ausrichtung der Faserendfläche entsprechend der Blickrichtung des Endoskops und ermöglicht eine homogene und schattenfreie Ausleuchtung des Blickfeldes. Der Einsatz von hochwertigem und korrosionsbeständigem Medizinstahl kombiniert mit der Laserverbindungstechnik bilden eine solide Grundlage für die Langlebigkeit der Optik. Kratzunempfindliche Saphir-Gläser am distalen und proximalen Ende, werden mit einem speziellen Goldlöt- Induktionsverfahren eingebracht und gewähren eine absolute Dichtheit des optischen Systems. Alle Endoskope und deren Baugruppen werden seriell mit einem Helium Testverfahren auf ihre Dichtigkeit geprüft. Aufbereitung: - Autoklavierbar bei 134 C / 273 F bis 18 Minuten - Zugelassen für STERRAD 100/200, STERRAD NX und STERIS (basierend auf dengebrauchsanweisungen der jeweiligen Hersteller) Special calculated optical system, based on highly refractive rod lenses and newest coating technology, guarantees an excellent picture sharpness and color reproduction. High performance glass fibers, individually selected according to the application, perform an outstanding light transmission. Laser welded casing (fiber) shoe allows an optimal adjustment of fiber cutting surface to the angle of view of the endoscope = homogenous and shadow-free illumination of the operating area. The use of high-quality and non-corrosive medical stainless steel in combination with state of the art laser welding technology are the solid base for a long-live cycle of the endoscope. Scratch resistant sapphire glasses on distal and proximal side are gold induction soldered and assure an absolute tightness of the optical system. All endoscopes and its components are serially tested for absolute tightness by an in-house developed Helium testing procedure. 13 AMNOTEC HD Endoskope AMNOTEC HD Endoscopes Erklärung FULL Durch den Einsatz von HD-Kameras in der Endoskopie vergrößert sich die Bildauflösung um das 5-fache, von 752 x 582 Pixel (Standardauflösung = SD) auf 1920 x 1080 Pixel (FULL HD), d.h. mehr als 2 Millionen nutzbare Bildpunkte, was in einer brillianten Bildqualität und einer höheren Detailtreue resultiert. In Kombination mit einem 16 : 9 HD-Wide Screen Monitor erhält der Anwender ein natürliches Panoramabild das weniger ermüdend ist als ein Bild im Quadratischen 4 : 3 at da das breitere Bild eher dem natürlichen Blickfeld des Menschen entspricht. Durch diese Breitbilddarstellung wird eine größere Sehfläche abgebildet und die verwendeten Instrumente werden im lateralen Bereich früher sichtbar. Die vermehrte Bildinformation und der erhöhte Kontrast verstärken zusätzlich die Räumlichkeit und Tiefenwahrnehmung des Bildes und erleichtern die Orientierung und das Instrumenten-Handling im Innern des Körpers sowie die Diagnostische Präzision da selbst feinste Strukturen wie Gewebeschichten, Blutgefäße und Nervenfasern in ihren unterschiedlichen Farbnuancen naturgetreu abgebildet werden. Da eine Kette, in diesem Fall die Optische Kette bestehend aus Endoskop, Objektiv, Lichtquelle, Lichtleiter, Kamera und Monitor, nur so stark ist wie ihr schwächstes Glied müssen alle verwendeten Komponenten die hohe HD-Auflösung der Kamera unterstützen. Folgerichtig hat die AMNOTEC International Medical GmbH alle Standard Endoskope mit einem neu berechneten Stablinsensystem mit hochauflösenden Gläsern ausgestattet. Des Weiteren wurden auch Objektive mit einem neuen HD-Linsensystem entwickelt. Alle HD-optimierten Endoskope und Objektive sind mit dem -Logo gekennzeichnet. Die HD-Kameras haben auf Grund der kleineren Pixel-Größe eine geringere Lichtempfindlichkeit und benötigen daher eine hoch-energetische Kaltlichtquelle mit Tageslichtqualität (Farbtemperatur: min K). Wir empfehlen daher unsere Lichtquelle AMNOLIGHT Xenon 300 oder unsere neuentwickelten LED Lichtquellen AMNOLIGHT 1800 LED / 3000 LED. Due to the fact that a chain, in this case the optical chain consisting of endoscope, objective, light source, light cable, camera and monitor, is only as strong as its weakest link, all used components must support the HD high resolution of the camera. Consequentially, AMNOTEC International Medical GmbH has equipped all standard endoscopes with a new calculated optical system based on high resolution glass rod lenses. In addition, objectives with a new HD lens-system have been developed. All HD optimized endoscopes and objectives are labeled with -logo. The HD cameras have a lower sensitivity due to smaller pixel size and therefore require a high-energetic cold light source with daylight quality (color temperature: min K). 58 Kaltlichtkabel Cold light cables Bei unseren speziellen Kaltlichtkabeln für Xenon und LED Lichtquellen werden die Glasfasern am Lichteintritt nicht mehr verklebt sondern in einem speziellen und patentierten Verfahren verschmolzen und verpresst. Dadurch werden die Fasern hexagonal verformt und können so passgenau in das Faserbündel eingebracht werden. Die Zwischenräume verschwinden und der Glasanteil beträgt 100 %. Im gleichen Verhältnis steigt die Transmission um ca. 20% im Vergleich zu Standard Lichtleitkabeln. Kombiniert mit den speziellen Sammellinsen in unseren Xenon und LED Lichtquellen ergibt sich eine um 50% höhere Lichttransmission. Da keine organischen Klebstoffe mehr vorhanden sind, können diese neuen Lichtleitkabel am Lichteintritt nicht mehr "verbrennen", was eine typische Ausfallursache bei konventionellen Kaltlichtkabeln war. Die Hochleistungs- Lichtleitkabel sind also extrem temperaturbeständig am Lichteintritt. In our special cold light cables for Xenon and LED light sources, the glass fibers on the light entry are not any more clued but fused and pressed by means of a special and patented production procedure. Thereby the fibers are hexagonally deformed which allows an accurately fitting in the fiber bundle. The spaces in between disappear and the glass share adds up to 100%. The transmission increases proportionally by approx. 20% compared to standard cold light cables. In combination with the special convex lenses in our Xenon and LED cold light sources, a 50% higher light transmission can be achieved. Since there are no organic adhesives anymore, these new fiber optic cables no longer burn at the light entry, which used to be a typical cause of failure with conventional cold light cables. The high-performance fiber optic cables are extremely temperature resistant at the point of light entry.
