Damit dieses Möbel zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit funktioniert, lesen Sie bitte diese Anweisungen vor Inbetriebnahme aufmerksam durch und beachten Sie die hier gegebenen Sicherheitshinweise. 2

6 Montageanleitung Raumgliederungs-System INSIDE.25 Diese Montageanleitung enthält alle nötigen Informationen zur Montage und Umbauvorgängen für das Raumgliederungs-System INSIDE.25. Die einzelnen Schritte sind, soweit erforderlich, nummeriert und die unterschiedlichen Schlüsselgrößen angegeben. 1. Lineare Verbindung zweier Stellwände Obere und untere Abdeckkappe entfernen. Linearverbinder in untere Aussparung der Stellwand setzen und mit Verbinderschraube befestigen, dabei Schraube erst komplett eindrehen und dann um eine 1/2-3/4 Umdrehung lösen. Zweite Stellwand auf unteren Linearverbinder setzen. (d) Oberen Linearverbinder in Aussparungen beider Stellwände setzen und verschrauben (SW 3). (e) Lasche an den Abdeckkappen abtrennen (Sollbruchstelle). (f) Abdeckkappen oben auf Aussparungen der Stellwände setzen. Zur Information : Im unteren Linearverbinder wird jeweils nur eine Verbinderschraube benötigt! (d) (e) abtrennen! (f) 3

10 5. Eckverbindung Y-Konfiguration 120 Jeweils obere und untere Abdeckkappe entfernen. Stellwände unten auf vormontierte Linearverbinder des Eckpfostens setzen. Abdeckung des Eckpfostens abnehmen. Obere Linearverbinder in Nute des Eckpfostens und Aussparungen der Stellwände setzen und verschrauben (SW 3). (d) Lasche an den Abdeckkappen abtrennen (Sollbruchstelle). Abdeckkappen oben auf Aussparungen der Stellwände und Abdeckung auf Eckpfosten setzen (ohne Abb.). (d) abtrennen! 7

11 6. Eckverbindung mit Höhenunterschied Abdeckung des Eckpfostens entfernen. Linearverbinder demontieren, danach Nutenstein lösen (SW 2,5). Nutenstein nach unten schieben und an vorgesehener Ankörnung im Eckpfosten fest schrauben. Niedrige Stellwand auf unteren Linearverbinder des Eckpfostens setzen, wie unter Bild 2-5 beschrieben. Oberen Linearverbinder in die Nut des Eckpfostens einführen, auf ummontierten Nutenstein und in die Aussparung der niedrigen Stellwand setzen, mit Verbinderschrauben befestigen (SW 3). (d) Lasche an der Abdeckkappe abtrennen (Sollbruchstelle). Abdeckkappe auf Aussparung der niedrigen Stellwand setzen (ohne Abbildung). (e) Nutabdeckung zuschneiden und in die Nut des Eckpfostens schieben. Abdeckung auf Eckpfosten setzen. (d) abtrennen! (e) zuschneiden 8

12 7. Montage Fußausleger Stellfuß heraus drehen. Fußausleger mit Senkschraube von unten an Stellwand montieren (SW 4). Höhenjustierung und Verspannung an Stellwand durch Münzschlitz möglich. Fußausleger einseitig 9

13 8. Montage Fußteller Stellfuß heraus drehen. Fußteller mit Senkschraube von unten an Stellwand montieren (SW 4). Zur waagerechten Ausrichtung können beigefügte Unterlegscheiben verwendet werden. Achtung: Fußteller kommen nur bei Elementen bis 3 OH oder in Verbindung mit L-, T-, X- oder Y- Konfigurationen zum Einsatz! Die Verwendung von Anbauelementen bei freistehenden Stellwänden mit Fußtellern ist nicht möglich! 9. Montage Monitorarm Nutensteine in das Profil der Organisationsschiene clipsen. Adapterplatte des Monitorarms an den Nutensteinen montieren (SW 4). Belastbarkeitsangabe auf Seite 13 beachten. 10

14 10. Montage Anbauelemente Aufsatz-Anbauelemente, wie z.b. Ordnerablage (dargestellt), Buchablage oder Regalboden werden von oben auf die Stellwand gesteckt. Mindestabstand bis Aussenkante Stellwand = 100 mm. Anbauelemente für die Organisationsschiene, wie z.b. Ordnerablage (dargestellt), Hängemappenhalter oder Zettelbox werden in diese eingehängt. Anbauelemente kommen nur bei L-, T-, X- und Y-Konfigurationen oder bei Stellwänden bis 4 OH mit jeweils zwei Fußauslegern zum Einsatz. Weiterhin dürfen bei Einsatz der Organisationsschiene keine aufgesetzten Anbauelemente verwendet werden (Kippgefahr). Belastbarkeitsangaben auf Seite 13 beachten. Abstand min.100 mm Zur Information: Die Ablageschale kann in die Organisationsschiene, sowie in die Halterung eingehängt werden. Zur Information: Bei 3 OH Stellwänden mit einseitiger oder beidseitiger Organisationsschiene ist das Aufstekken der Aufsatz-Anbauelemente nicht möglich. 11

15 11. Tischpaneel an Stellwand montieren Obere und untere Abdeckkappe an der Anbauseite des Tischpaneels entfernen (ohne Abb.). Unteren Nutenstein inklusive Linearverbinder im Eckpfosten lösen, nach oben schieben, positionieren und fest schrauben (SW 2,5). Aussparung des Tischpaneels auf den Linearverbinder setzen. Lasche an der Abdeckkappe abtrennen (Sollbruchstelle). (d) Abdeckung des Eckpfosfens abnehmen. Oberen Linearverbinder in Nut des Eckpfostens und Aussparung des Tischpaneels setzen und verschrauben (SW 3). Abdeckkappe oben und unten auf Aussparung des Tischpaneels und Abdeckung auf Eckpfosten setzen (ohne Abb.). (e) Klemmadapter festziehen um Tischpaneel zu fixieren (SW 4). abtrennen! 16 Sicherheitshinweise max.1600 Stellwand mit Regalboden immer mit zwei Fußauslegern. Bei Varianten : - akustik - akustik pinnfähig - pinnfähig max. Höhe der Stellwand = 3 OH Bei L und T-Konfigurationen kann auf Fußausleger verzichtet werden, wenn der gegenüberliegende Stellwandschenkel min.1600 mm breit ist. Der maximale Abstand zwischen zwei Fußauslegern muss 1600 mm betragen! 17 Pflege und Reinigungshinweise Kunststoffbeschichtete Oberflächen : Oberfläche mit einem Staubtuch reinigen. Bei Verschmutzungen warmes Wasser verwenden und / oder einen milden Kunststoffreiniger, danach trocken wischen. Achtung : Keine scheuernden Reinigungsmittel verwenden! Diese können zu bleibenden, optischen Schäden führen. Acrylglas-Elemente: Bitte bei Acrylglasoberflächen einen Acrylglasreiniger verwenden. Handelsübliche Glasreiniger können Schäden an der Oberfläche verursachen! (Reiniger darf keinen Spiritus enthalten) 14

20 Assembly instructions for Inside 25 room partitioning system These assembly instructions contain all the information needed to assemble and reconfigure the Inside 25 partitioning system. The individual steps are numbered as required, and the different tool sizes are stated. 1. Linear connection between two screens Remove protective caps from the top and bottom. Position the linear connectors in the gap at the bottom of the screen and fix in place with a connecting bolt, first tighten the bolt fully and then unscrew by a 1/2-3/4 turn. Position the second screen on the lower linear connector. (d) Position the upper linear connector in the gap between the two screens and bolt in place (SW 3). (e) Snap off the lugs on the protective caps (predetermined breaking point). (f) Put the protective caps on the top to cover gaps between the screens. For information: only one connecting bolt is needed for each lower connector! (d) (e) snap off! (f) 17

21 2. Corner connection L-configuration 90 Remove protective caps from the top and bottom. Position screens on the pre-fitted linear connectors at the bottom of the corner post. Take protective cover off corner post. Position the top linear connector in the corner post slot and gaps between the screens and bolt in place (SW 3). (d) Snap off the lugs on the protective caps (predetermined breaking point). (e) Put the protective caps on the top to cover gaps between the screens and the protective covers on the corner posts. 22 3. Corner connection T-configuration 90 Remove protective caps from the top and bottom. Position screens on the pre-fitted linear connectors at the bottom of the corner post. Take protective cover off corner post. Position the top linear connector in the corner post slot and gaps between the screens and bolt in place (SW 3). 24 5. Corner connection Y-configuration 120 Remove protective caps from the top and bottom. Position screens on the pre-fitted linear connectors at the bottom of the corner post. 25 6. Corner connection for screens of different heights Take the protective cover off the corner post. Dismantle linear connector, then unscrew slot nut (SW 2,5). Slide the slot nut down and bolt in place in the pre-marked position on the corner post. Position the low screen on the bottom linear connector of the corner post, as described for Fig Guide the top linear connector into the corner post groove onto the relocated slot nut and into the gap on the low screen, fix in place with connecting bolts (SW 3). (d) Snap off the lugs on the protective caps (predetermined breaking point). Put the protective caps on the gap on the low screen (not shown). (e) Trim the slot cover to size and slide it into the corner post slot. Put the cover on the corner post. (d) snap off! (e) trim 22

26 7. Fitting cantilever feet Unscrew glide. Fix cantilever foot to the bottom of the screen using countersunk hex screws (SW 4). Height adjustment and screen tensioning can be carried out using the coinslot screw. Cantilever foot on one side 23

27 8. Fitting disc foot Unscrew glide. Fix disc foot to the bottom of the screen using countersunk hex screws (SW 4). Use the washers supplied to fit horizontally. Caution: Disc feet can only be used with elements of height up to 3 filing levels, or in L, T, X or Y configurations! Accessories must not be used with free-standing screens that have disc feet! 9. Fitting monitor arm Clip the slot nuts into the organiser rail profile. Fix the monitor arm adapter plate to the slot nuts (SW 4). Please note maximum load specification on page

28 10. Fitting accessories Third-level items such as binder storage elements (shown), book trays or shelves are hooked into the screen from the top. Minimum gap to outside edge of screen = 100 mm. Accessories for the organiser rail, for instance the binder storage element (shown), suspension file holder or memo pad holder, hook into the organiser rail. Accessories can only be used with L, T, X and Y configurations or with screens that have two cantilever feet on each side (max. screen height 4 FH). Don t use third-level items while using accessories in the organiser rail (tilting danger). Please note maximum load specifications on page 27. Minimum gap 100 mm For information: The filing tray can be fitted to the organiser rail or the bracket. For information: third-level items cannot be fitted to screens 3 filing levels high with organiser rails on one or both sides. 25

29 11. Fitting desk screen to the screen Remove upper and lower protective caps from the mounting side of the desk screen (not shown). Unscrew lower slot nut including linear connector in the corner post, slide it up to the correct position and screw in place (SW 2,5). Line up the desk screen gap with the linear connector. Snap off the lugs on the protective caps (predetermined breaking point). (d) Remove corner post cover. Position the upper linear connector in the corner post slot and desk screen gap and screw in place (SW 3). Put the protective caps on the top and bottom on the desk screen gap and the protective covers on the corner post (not shown). 30 Safety guidelines max.1600 Screens with shelves must always have two cantilever feet. For the following variants : - acoustic - acoustic pinnable - pinnable The max. screen height should be 3 FH Cantilever feet are not necessary with L and T configurations if the opposite side of the screen is at least 1600 mm wide. The maximum distance between two cantilever feet must be 1600 mm! 31 Care and cleaning information Plastic-coated surfaces: Clean the surface with a duster. Use warm water and / or a mild plastic cleaner to remove marks, then wipe dry. Caution: Do not use abrasive cleaners! This can cause permanent visible damage. Acrylic glass elements : Acrylic glass elements must be cleaned with an acrylic glass cleaner (without spiritus). Caution: A common type of glass cleaner demage the surface! 28
