4 Welcome to Rosada Fashion Outlet Rosada Fashion Outlet is located in the South Western part of The Netherlands, directly adjacent to the A17 and A58 motorways. Located between Rotterdam, Breda and Antwerp (Belgium), this Fashion Outlet Centre fulfills a strong regional function, as well as attracting a large number of tourists from mainly Germany and Holland, travelling to and from the province of Zeeland at just 30 minutes away. 6 Rosada Fashion Outlet Rosada Fashion Outlet phase I opened in The first phase contains 15,700 m2 (GLA) and approximately 85 units and has well over 1600 parking spaces. The second phase will add a further 8,000 m2 GLA and is planned to open in The superb location, with its great visibility and easy access offers our Brand Partners and customers an excellent shopping environment. The public areas are spacious and inviting. A variety of catering facilities offer a pleasant break during a full day of shopping. The concept is a variety of Dutch architectural styles. Traditional details of a small Dutch rural village and the surrounding water makes Rosada an attractive landmark that enhances the environment.
