The Board of the Waren-Verein is of the opinion that on intermediary is obliged to inform a contracting party if the other party is registered in the list (see 5 of the Conditions of Business of the Waren-Verein: possibly claim for damages). In the case of an agreed sale on the condition that the seller receives delivery ( 29 of the Conditions of Business) the Board of the Waren-Verein is of the opinion that a contract with a registered seller does not meet the requirement of a correct, complete and punctual delivery. Regarding the list as such the 3 columns of the list mean: name of the registered company, reason for registering and time of registering. Please note: The Black List is for members only.
