04/03/2013 EN/DE Material EN SAP Knowledge Warehouse Training Content Update No. 54 Dear Customer, Please find enclosed the latest update with training courses for your SAP Knowledge Warehouse. The update comprises different packages for the different language versions. This update contains ShowFiles in German, English, Spanish, Japanese, Russian and Chinese. You can decide which languages you want to import into your SAP Knowledge Warehouse system. A detailed documentation about the import process is attached in the appendix. It is also contained in the SAP Knowledge Warehouse Installation Guide. Important notice Since the beginning of 2009, SAP AG provides content updates (CUs) primarily as download packages. In order to continue providing you with content updates on DVD, we will send a CU collection every six months, containing the CUs which are otherwise only available online. With the release of CU 55, which is planned for Q2 in 2013, you will receive the collection also containing CU 53 and 54. Content Update 55 is planned to be available Mid of June 2013. The structure of the Notes describing the availability and import of KW Content Updates has been extensively revised. For further details, please refer to the main Note 1301360. A new SAP Note ( 1671441) has been made available since the beginning of 2012, containing a list of all SAP courses which are up-to-date. The latest information about SAP Knowledge Warehouse is always available on the SAP Service Marketplace in the area SAP Solutions SAP NetWeaver SAP NetWeaver in Detail Application Platform SAP Knowledge Warehouse. You can also access the SAP KW area directly via service.sap.com/kw. In order to use the full functionality of SAP Knowledge Warehouse, we recommend attending the training courses KW210 and KW211 at an SAP Training Center. If you have any questions or problems concerning the update, please report them via the SAP Service Marketplace under the KM-KW component. For easier communication we have numbered the updates. Documentation about training content update The import of the training content update is similar to the initial import of content during installation of your SAP Knowledge Warehouse. In the update, there are different transport files for the different language versions. The following section - Importing SAP Knowledge Warehouse Content- contains a detailed description on how to import these transport files into your SAP Knowledge Warehouse system. The following table lists all transport files for each available language. DVD Content The DVDs contain the transport files of the training content updates in different languages. The individual transport files are limited to about 15000 entries. Therefore, there are one or more transport files for each language, depending on the amount of content. DE SAP Knowledge Warehouse Training Content Update No. 54 Sehr geehrter Kunde, Sie erhalten beiliegend das neueste Update mit Trainingskursen für Ihr SAP Knowledge Warehouse. Das Update der Trainingskurse ist in verschiedene Sprachen unterteilt. Das aktuelle Update enthält Kurse im ShowFiles Format in den Sprachen Deutsch, Englisch, Spanisch, Japanisch, Russisch und Chinesisch. Sie können selbst entscheiden, welche Sprachen Sie einspielen möchten. Wichtige Mitteilung Seit Beginn des Jahres 2009 ist die SAP AG zu der Praxis übergangen, die Content Updates primär als Download-Pakete anzubieten. Um Ihnen jedoch auch weiterhin die Content Updates (CU) als DVD zur Verfügung zu stellen, werden wir die nur online verfügbaren CUs halbjährlich als Collection zusenden. Die nächste Collection erhalten Sie mit CU 55, welches dann CU 53 und CU 54 enthält, gegen Q2 2013. Das Content Update 54 wird voraussichtlich Mitte Juni verfügbar sein. Bedienungsanleitung zum Update der Trainingsinhalte Das Einspielen des Trainingsinhaltsupdates erfolgt analog zum Einspielen der Inhalte bei der Installation des SAP Knowledge Warehouses. Die Transporte mit den Trainingsinhalten sind nach Sprachen getrennt. Detaillierte Informationen finden Sie im nächsten Abschnitt unter "Import von Inhalten des SAP Knowledge Warehouse ". Inhalt DVD Die DVDs enthalten im wesentlichen die Transporte des Updates in den entsprechenden Sprachen. Die einzelnen Transporte sind auf ca. 15000 Einträge begrenzt. Pro Sprache sind daher ein oder mehrere Transporte vorhanden, je nach Umfang der Inhalte.
