2 Introduction After your successfully login you ll have the following options to choose: Request licenses of sold products In this part you can request single licenses, but only one at a time. 3 Call all own licenses In this part you are able to request all your licenses at the same time, all companies are listed, you just have to choose where they should be send to. Documentation and help In this part you are able to view or download this help document. Edit templates In this part you are able to define or edit your own template. Change language of the User Interface On the right top of the page, your able to choose the language which will be used in the hole user interface. Currently only German and English are supported. 4 Menubar The menubar is used as the central navigation in the hole application. It is always visible to enable you to navigate back to pages without having problems with for example resending of content. A short description for each point: Home This link always redirects you to the start page. That s the page you ll redirected after login. Licensing -> Sold Software This link redirects you to the single license query tool, here you re only able to call one license at a time. Licensing -> Request Licenses This link redirects you to the multiple license query tool, here you re able to call all or a selection of order numbers for a company. Licensing -> Partner This link redirects you to the partner license query tool, here you re able to call your licenses for all companies at the same time. Sold Software After clicking this link, the single license query tool shows up: Explanations of the choices: Extended settings: Here you can enter the key code used for license directly; it is then filtered according to this key. Search: Here you have to enter the name or number of the company. Show contacts: If you want to show according contacts for your orders you should check this box. Maintenance status: Here you have four options Activ, Expires soon, Cancelled and Expired for selection. Checked conditions are included in the query. Button Search : Starts the query, could take up to 10 seconds max. Seite 5 von 18

7 Call of a licence: After clicking Request Licence following dialog appears: You have two functions: 1. View Host IDs (click on the computer icon) 2. 9 Last query step Now you ll see the query content: Please choose receivers from the menu. The license will be called finally, changes you ve made on variables will be saved. Click on Send to send the files. If your query was successful, you ll see following view: If you want to query another license please click on HOME, don t use the back button of your browser, because your license would be resend if you do so! 17 Download a generated license After generating the licenses following form appears: You have the possibility to download the license for the company via clicking on the download button.
