1 *SCROLL DOWN FOR ENGLISH VERSION* Liebe(r) Studierende(r), hier ist eine Schritt für Schritt-Anleitung zur Anmeldung für die Austauschprogramme der Universität Bonn. Bitte lies bei Fragen zuerst diese Anleitung und hab Verständnis, dass das Dezernat Internationales aufgrund der hohen Registrierungszahlen nicht alle individuellen Fragen zur Registrierung/Anmeldung beantworten kann. Schritt 1: Vervollständige deine Registrierung und wähle Username und Passwort Achtung: Die Registrierungsnummer ist festgelegt, du musst in diesem Feld nichts eingeben. Gib dein Geburtsdatum ein und klicke auf ; du kommst nun zum nächsten Schritt. Hier kannst du dein Login und Passwort festlegen. Damit ist deine Registrierung erfolgreich abgeschlossen. 2 Du kannst nun deine Bewerbung im Portal Mobility Online ausfüllen. Du erhältst eine weitere Bestätigungsmail mit deinen Login Daten. Solltest du diese Mail nicht erhalten, schau bitte auch in deinem Spamordner! Schritt 2: Vervollständige deine persönlichen Angaben im Online-Portal Bevor du deine Bewerbung ausfüllen kannst, musst du die Datenschutzerklärung bestätigen! Seite 2 von 10

3 Nun kannst du die Angaben zur Person vervollständigen: Klicke auf Angaben zur Person, um deine persönlichen Daten zu vervollständigen und mit der Online-Registrierung fortzufahren. Nach der Eingabe deiner Daten, drücke auf Angaben korrekt eingetragen wurden:. Du erhältst folgende Mitteilung, wenn deine Klicke auf deiner Registrierung sehen. und du kommst ins Übersichts-Menü zurück und kannst den Fortschritt Schritt 3: Passkopie hochladen Im nächsten Schritt musst du eine Kopie deines Reisepasses hochladen. Scanne die Seite mit den persönlichen Angaben ein oder mache ein Foto davon in guter Qualität! Klicke auf hochladen, um fortzufahren. Nachdem du deine Kopie hochgeladen hast, musst du auf klicken. 4 Wenn du erfolgreich warst, kommst du automatisch zum Übersichts-Menü zurück. Schritt 4: Fülle deine Online-Bewerbung aus Klicke auf Bewerbung vervollständigen, um fortzufahren. Du bist jetzt im Formular. Um es auszufüllen klicke auf. Nachdem du das Formular komplett ausgefüllt hast, klicke auf. Du kommst automatisch wieder ins Übersichts-Menü zurück und kannst den Fortschritt deiner Registrierung sehen. Dir wird eine Bestätigungsmail geschickt, in der aufgelistet ist, welche Dokumente du im nächsten Schritt hochladen musst. Seite 4 von 10

5 Schritt 5: Hochladen der Dokumente zur Online-Bewerbung Deine Bewerbung ist erst nach dem Upload auf Mobility Online der folgenden Bewerbungsunterlagen vollständig: 1. Aktuelles Zeugnis deiner Uni 2. Gesundheitszeugnis (verwende diese Vorlage) 3. ID Foto (in diesem Format) 4. Nachweis von Deutschkenntnissen: mindestens A1-Niveau (d.h.: 80 Stunden Deutschunterricht à 45 Minuten. Dies kann auf deinem Zeugnis aufgeführt sein, ODER das Goethe Zertifikat A1- Start Deutsch Lebenslauf 6. Motivationsschreiben (Schreibe kurz warum du in Bonn studieren möchtest und was deine Pläne für die Zukunft sind. Klicke auf hochladen, um fortzufahren. Auf den folgenden Seiten kannst du nun deine Dokumente hochladen. Bitte beachte die Hinweise zu Format und Größe der einzelnen Dokumente. Hinweis: Du musst nicht alle Dokumente sofort hochladen. Du kannst auch später noch fehlende Dokumente ergänzen. Wenn du alle Dokumente erfolgreich hochgeladen hast, erscheint diese Meldung: Seite 5 von 10

6 Um wieder in das Übersichts-Menü zu kommen, musst du auf klicken. Du hast nun deine Bewerbung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und erhältst eine Bestätigungsmail, dass wir deine Bewerbungsunterlagen erhalten haben. Step 1: Completing your registration and choosing a user name and password Attention: The registration number is fixed; you do not have to enter a number in this field. 7 Congratulations! You have successfully created your Mobility-Online account. You will receive a confirmation with your login information and will now be able to fill out your application. If you do not receive a confirmation , please check your spam folder. Step 2: Completing your personal information in Mobility-Online Before you can start filling out your personal details for your study abroad application, you need to confirm the data protection declaration. 8 Now you can start filling in your personal details: Click on Personal details, in order to complete your personal information and continue with your online registration. After you have finished filling out your personal details, click on the following message, if your details are entered correctly:. You will receive By clicking on of your registration. you will return to the overview menu where you will see the progress Step 3: Uploading your passport copy In the next step you need to upload a copy of your passport. Please scan the page with your personal details on it or take a high quality picture of the page! Click on upload, in order to continue. After you have uploaded your passport copy click on. 9 After successfully uploading your copy, you will automatically be redirected to the overview menu. Step 4: Filling out your online application Click on Completion of Application, in order to continue. You are now in the online form. In order to fill it out, click on form.. Now you can edit the To save your completed application form click on. By clicking the button the progress of your application. you will return to the overview menu where you can track Step 5: Uploading your documents for the online application Your application will only be complete after uploading all of the following documents on Mobility- Online: Transcript of your home university Biometrical passport photo Health certificate (Please use this template.pdf) German language certificate (German language competence of at least A1-level, equates to at least 80 lessons (45 minutes each) in German language, e.g. listed in your transcripts, or alternatively the Goethe Zertifikat A1 - Start Deutsch 1) Resume Seite 9 von 10
