2 Visit AppExchange (appexchange.salesforce.com) and go to the CONNECT for XING listing. Login with your Salesforce.com user is required. Click on Get It Now. Gehen Sie auf AppExchange (appexchange.salesforce.com) und besuchen Sie unser CONNECT for XING Listing. Sie müssen sich mit Ihrem Salesforce.com User anmelden. Klicken Sie auf Get It Now. 3 Please choose to install the app in your production or sandbox (when applicable) Salesforce.com Org. Bitte wählen Sie aus, ob Sie die App in Ihre Produktions- oder Sandbox-Umgebung (wo verfügbar) installieren wollen. Cloud Consulting Group GmbH Seite 3

5 A pop-up appears to approve Third-Party Access. Mark the checkbox. Then click on Continue. Im nun folgenden Pop-Up genehmigen Sie den Zugriff über die Auswahl der Checkbox. Klicken Sie anschließen auf Weiter. Cloud Consulting Group GmbH Seite 5

7 To add and to manage the users for the app, please click on App Setup Installed Packages Manage Licenses next to the installed CONNECT for XING app. Um weiteren Anwendern den Zugang zu der App einzurichten, wählen Sie unter Anwendungs-Setup Installierte Pakete Lizenzen verwalten neben der CONNECT for XING App. Cloud Consulting Group GmbH Seite 7

8 Add the section (1-column) and drag-and-drop the XING Visualforce page to both your Contact and Lead page layout. Adjust the height of the Visualforce section to 300 pixels Fügen Sie einen neuen Abschnitt ein und ziehen Sie die XING Visualforce Page Sektion in Ihre Kontakte und Lead Seitenansicht per Drag and Drop hinzu. Passen Sie die Höhe der Visualforce Sektion auf 300 Pixels an. 2. Drag XING visualforce page into new section 1. Create new Section on contact and lead page layout (1-column) 3. 9 Under Security Controls Sessions Settings, please ensure that the two options are unchecked (disabled) as the XING Visualforce Section used secure XING endpoints. Unter Sicherheitseinstellungen Sitzungseinstellungen stellen Sie bitte sicher, dass die beiden Optionen nicht ausgewählt sind, da die XING Visualforce Sektion andere sichere XING Endpoints verwendet. 10 Click on + to view all tabs. You see new tabs XING and XING-Templates which you can add to your default display. Klicken Sie auf den + -Tab, hier sind alle Tabs aufgelistet. Sie finden hier den nun neuen XING und XING-Templates Tab, welchen Sie zu Ihrer Standardansicht hinzufügen können. Click here Cloud Consulting Group GmbH Seite 10

11 Click on Get Authorization Code to securely link your Salesforce account to the XING API. You don t need to start the authorization process now as the Users can do at anytime later. Klicken Sie auf Get Authorization Code damit Ihr Salesforce Account sicher mit der XING API verbunden werden kann. Sie bzw. Ihre User können den Autorisierungsprozess jederzeit später durchführen. 12 Log-in with your XING user-name and password if you are not logged-in to XING already. (Therefore you need an active XING account.) Sollten Sie noch nicht in XING eingeloggt sein, melden Sie sich jetzt mit Ihrem XING Benutzernamen und Passwort an. (Sie benötigen einen bestehenden XING Account). 13 Enter the XING PIN code in Salesforce and click on Complete Authorization. Geben Sie den XING PIN in Salesforce ein und drücken Sie auf Complete Authorization. Cloud Consulting Group GmbH Seite 13
