Die Spannung erfolgt über mehrere geschlossene Schlitze, wodurch eine präzise zylindrische Kleung erreicht wird. Die Stellung zwischen Klering, uchse und Motorwelle ist bei der Montage jetzt unerheblich. Deshalb gehört die verbesserte Kleverbindung nicht nur bei den High-Performance- Getrieben zur Standardausführung. Die PCS Kleung fließt außerdem in das übrige Getriebeprogra ein. PCS the Precision Clamping System eugart Innovation ist the much more better clamping system for highest accurancy. The slots in the PCS system are, however, not all the way open but leave a closed ring at the hollow shaft end of the pinion. The closed end forces an even deformation of the shaft during the clamping process securing a run-out free clamping. urthermore, the optimized slot geometry allows the clamping ring to be in any postion relative to the pinion. This is why the PCS system is not only a standard feature in all eugart High Peformance lines. The PCS system is a standard feature for all our gear box lines. IEC - System Durch das patentierte IEC -System (eugart Integrated Expansion Chamber), das in den High Performance Klassen standardmäßig integriert wurde, lassen sich deutlich höhere Drehzahlen und längere Wartungsintervalle erreichen. Das IEC -System wurde entwickelt, um Druckerhöhungen zu verhindern, die durch steigende Temperaturen innerhalb des Getriebes induziert werden.
