This service will be provided in buses of different sizes and comfortably equipped. 1.1.1 Pick up time for clients at hotels are as per schedule 1.1.2 Bilingual Guide Service during the trip. 2. ABOUT GEOGRAPHIC ZONES: 2.1 Hotels included on this product are in different geographic zones, (specified below). For each zone, different staggered pick up times are already scheduled. 3. ABOUT STAGGERED PICK UP SCHEDULE: 3.1. The pick up time related to the different geographic zones are defined according to the information in Annex II and III. 3.2. Agencies and Tour operators should provide their clients the scheduled pick up time, so clients could wait at the Hotel Lobby, where clients will be picked up according to their Zone. 3.3. Clients will have the possibility to get information related to their pick up time, directly at Hotel or Viajes Cubanacan Desk, in cases that it s available. 3.4.
