CATENA The Catena Home Entertainment Solution The Catena, an individually customized home cinema and lounge furniture solution by SPECTRAL, comes in various widths, heights and depths with the front of the furniture available as flaps, doors or drawers. There are over 2,000 colors of glass surfaces to choose from and the ability to upholster the top of furniture when used as a lounge area. CATENA cable management The most beautiful aspect of the Catena is everything that you don t see. When we designed the Catena, we thought long and hard about cable management. Utilizing the horizontal cable holes between the cabinet units, electrical devices can be cleanly connected together. The back of the cabinet is recessed allowing there to be room for multiple electrical outlet plug-ins behind the furniture. CATENA sound integration Integrated Sound System. The Catena can come equipped with different integrated sound systems to fit any room s needs. Depending on the furniture size, you have the choice of the one module system (CTA1) or the four module system (CTA2) with a proportionately bigger soundstage. Both systems incorporate a speaker unit with subwoofers and a digital surround receiver (amplifier with an integrated RDS tuner/radio). COCOON TV and sound integration Open to everything. The Cocoon perfectly harmonizes with many different brands of televisions and sound systems. TVs can either be placed on a pedestal or fitted to a rotating TV mount. Sound systems can be installed behind the opaque cloth-covered front of the technical elements. The 1 internal cabinet height makes it possible to position a variety of sound projectors and center speakers. Thanks to a cloth-covered opening in the base of the furniture, subwoofers with a downfire function can also be placed within the cabinet. For an alternative sound, SPECTRAL offers the active virtual surround sound system BRA1. It is fitted using a frame so that there is adequate room left for technical components such as DVD or Blu-ray player.
