Zielsetzungen des OXBA Frameworks Schaffung eines Standardframeworks, in dem die Regeln und Vorgaben für eine GEVER abgebildet sind (Workflow, Dokumentenmanagement, Registraturplan, Records Management, Security und Metadaten etc.) Nutzung als Basisframework für eine Geschäftsverwaltung gemäss Kundenspezifikationen Nutzung durch die Partner als Basis für vertikale Lösungen auf dem Framework (Anbindung von Fachanwendungen) Zur Verfügungstellung von Schnittstellen zum egov Framework des BIT, anderen Mandanten, Fachapplikationen etc. In späteren Versionen sollen neue Bedürfnisse erfüllt werden wie z.b.
