3 Benefits Customer Testimonials Atlas Copco Airpower NV, Belgium SAP Solution Manager is a central platform for managing our IT business solution. We are continuously enhancing its usage, as new tools, features, and content are being made available by SAP. Recently, we went live with the latest SAP Solution Manager release 7.1. To keep up to date with the innovation, we regularly participate in remote expert sessions offered by the SAP Enterprise Support Academy. We estimate that by leveraging expert-guided implementation sessions and webinars, we have saved 30 person days in consulting and training fees. At our company, we had a low awareness of SAP Solution Manager capacities, and could hardly justify the necessity of this for paid training in this area. The training on system settings via expert guided implementation sessions, with the involvement of SAP basis internal resources and applicant consultants allows us to utilize application lifecycle management scenarios within SAP Solution Manager with no additional consulting costs. The use of SAP Enterprise Support Academy helps us to increase the IT staff training capacity by 30% at the same cost.
