6 1 Einleitung Der IMAGO 500 ist ein modulares PID-Reglersystem der Firma JUMO für den Industrieeinsatz und wurde für die Verwendung in der Aus- und Weiterbildung in eine didaktische Umgebung im Festo Didactic MPS PA-System integriert. Die analogen Ein- und Ausgänge sind auf zwei Anschlussbuchsen SysLink-Analog (Sub-D) verdrahtet. Die Pin-Belegung entspricht der SysLink-Schnittstelle des Modularen Produktions-Systems Prozess Automation (MPS PA) von Festo Didactic. 6 Festo Didactic GmbH & Co. KG

7 2 Sicherheitshinweise Der PID-Regler ist nach dem heutigen Stand der Technik und den anerkannten sicherheitstechnischen Regeln gebaut. Dennoch können bei dessen unsachgemäßer Verwendung Gefahren für Leib und Leben des Benutzers oder Dritter und Beeinträchtigungen des PID-Reglers entstehen. Der PID-Regler ist daher nur zu benutzen für die bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung im Lehr- und Ausbildungsbetrieb, in sicherheitstechnisch einwandfreiem Zustand. Störungen, die die Sicherheit beeinträchtigen können, sollten beim Schulungsbetrieb nicht erzeugt werden und sind umgehend zu beseitigen. Beachten Sie im Interesse Ihrer eigenen Sicherheit die folgenden Sicherheitshinweise: Allgemein Die Auszubildenden dürfen nur unter Aufsicht einer Ausbilderin/eines Ausbilders an der Station arbeiten. Beachten Sie die Angaben der Datenblätter zu den einzelnen Elementen, insbesondere auch alle Hinweise zur Sicherheit! Elektrik Herstellen bzw. abbauen von elektrischen Verbindungen nur in spannungslosem Zustand! Verwenden Sie nur Kleinspannungen, maximal 24 VDC. Festo Didactic GmbH & Co. KG

8 3 Aufbau und Funktion Aus dem Baugruppenspektrum der JUMO IMAGO 500-Reihe wurde der Typ Mehrkanal-Prozess- und Programmregler ausgewählt und in das Modulare Produktions-System Prozess Automation (MPS PA) integriert. 9 3 Aufbau und Funktion 3.1 Lieferumfang Ein PID-Regler besteht aus: JUMO IMAGO 500 Typ , Best.-Nr (mit Anschlussplatte für Aufnahmerahmen 19") bzw. JUMO IMAGO 500 Typ , Best.-Nr (ohne Anschlussplatte für Aufnahmerahmen 19"), Programmierkabel TLL-RS 232, Programmiersoftware, Dokumentation. 3.2 Zubehör In unserem Produktkatalog finden Sie: Analog-Kabel, parallel, Best.-Nr , Analog-Kabel, gekreuzt, Best.-Nr Anschluss externer Geräte Simulationsbox Sie simuliert Eingangssignale und zeigt Ausgangssignale an. Für digitale/analoge Signale benötigen Sie: Simulationsbox, digital/analog, Best.-Nr , Analog-Kabel, parallel, Best.-Nr Achtung Durch doppelte Spannungsversorgung sind Materialschäden an der Simulationsbox möglich. Durch das digitale E/A-Datenkabel wird die Simulationsbox mit Betriebsspannung versorgt. Deshalb darf keine separate Spannungsversorgung angeschlossen werden! Bei Verwendung des analogen E/A-Datenkabels ist eine separate Spannungsversorgung erforderlich! Festo Didactic GmbH & Co. KG

10 3 Aufbau und Funktion Netzgerät Die Spannungsversorgung des PID-Reglers muss über eine externe 24 VDC Quelle (max. 5A) erfolgen. Dafür bieten sich die Netzgeräte von Festo Didactic an, die als Einschubvariante für den 19"Aufnahmerahmen oder als Tischvariante verfügbar sind. Profibus-Komponenten Zum Anschluss von Profibus-Komponenten wird eines der Kabel, Best.-Nr oder (50, 200 cm) verwendet. 3.4 Einbauweise Der PID-Regler, Best.-Nr ist in einer Anschlussplatte (für Aufnahmerahmen 19") fixiert und kann damit in den 19"Aufnahmerahmen der MPS PA Station eingeschraubt werden. 3.5 Ein-/Ausgänge Die analogen Ein- und Ausgänge sind auf zwei 15-polige Sub-D Buchsen verdrahtet. Die Pin-Belegung entspricht der SysLink- Schnittstelle des MPS PA von Festo Didactic. 10 Festo Didactic GmbH & Co. KG

11 4 Inbetriebnahme mit MPS PA 4.1 Kabelverbindungen Kabelverbindung zwischen SPS-Board und Station mit PID-Regler 1. SPS Board Station (digitaler Anschluss) Verbinden Sie mit dem digitalen E/A-Datenkabel das SPS Board mit dem E/A-Terminal der Station. Stecken Sie den Stecker XMA2 des SPS Boards in die Buchse XMA2 des E/A-Terminals der Station. 2. Station PID-Regler (analoger Anschluss) Verbinden Sie mit dem analogen E/A-Datenkabel (parallel, schwarz markiertes Kabel) das Analogterminal der Station (Buchse XMA3) mit dem Analogterminal des PID-Regler (Buchse XMA3). SPS Board PID-Regler (analoger Anschluss) Verbinden Sie mit dem analogen E/A-Datenkabel (gekreuzt, rot markiertes Kabel) das Analogterminal des SPS Boards (Buchse XMA4) mit dem Analogterminal des PID-Regler (Buchse XMA4). 4. zusätzliches digitales E/A-Datenkabel Optional können Sie ein externes Bedienpult an das SPS-Board anschließen. SPS Board Station (digitaler Anschluss) Verbinden Sie mit dem digitalen E/A-Datenkabel das SPS Board mit dem E/A-Terminal der Station. 15 4 Inbetriebnahme 4.2 Programm installieren Programmiersoftware: JUMO IMAGO 500 Version xx/3.05J Systemvoraussetzungen für das Setup-Programm: PC mit Win95, Win98, NT4.0, WIN 2000, WIN ME, WIN XP Mind. Pentium 100, 32 MB Arbeitsspeicher, 15 MB freier Festplattenspeicher CD-ROM Laufwerk 1. Legen Sie die CD-ROM ein (Setup startet automatisch) 2. Wählen Sie eine Programmsprache aus und klicken Sie auf "Installation" 3. Geben Sie Benutzernamen, Firmennamen und Lizenznummer des Produkts ein 4. Wählen Sie einen Zielordner und die Komponenten, die installiert werden sollen 5. Nach der Installation den PC neu starten, um das Programm zu aktivieren Festo Didactic GmbH & Co. KG

16 4 Inbetriebnahme 4.3 Programmsprache einstellen Datei Standardeinstellungen die Optionen "Symbolleiste" und "Statuszeile" wählen eine Sprache aus der Liste wählen Einstellungen mit OK bestätigen Programm neustarten um die Einstellungen zu aktivieren 16 Festo Didactic GmbH & Co. KG

17 4 Inbetriebnahme 4.4 Projekt laden 1. PC und PID-Regler mit dem RS232-Programmierkabel verbinden 2. Netzgerät einschalten 3. NOT-AUS Taster entriegeln (falls vorhanden) 4. Warten Sie, bis der PID-Regler die Prüfroutinen beendet hat 5. Starten Sie die Programmiersoftware 6. Öffnen Sie eine Projektdatei im Verzeichnis Quellen\ Industrieregler Konfiguration der CD-ROM: MPS PA Technische Unterlagen. Datei Öffnen eine Projektdatei auswählen (CD ROM: Quellen\Industrieregler Konfiguration) Öffnen Festo Didactic GmbH & Co. KG

Konfigurieren Sie die Kommunikations-Schnittstelle Datentransfer Verbindung aufbauen die Optionen "als Standardgerät in der Geräteliste definieren" und "Prüfen, ob eine Verbindung aufgebaut werden" wählen und auf Weiter klicken nachfolgende Meldung ("Kommunikations- Schnittstelle") mit Weiter bestätigen die Einstellungen der seriellen Kommunikations-Schnittstelle ("COM1", "9600", "RS232 Setup Interface(TTL)") mit Weiter bestätigen die Einstellungen des Modus-Protokolls mit Weiter bestätigen Fertigstellen Geräteliste speichern 18 Festo Didactic GmbH & Co. Wählen Sie Ihre Landessprache und übertragen Sie die Gerätetexte- Bibliothek in den Regler Extras Gerätetexte-Bibliothek die Option "Überschreiben vorhandener Texte erlaubt" wählen Landessprache aus der Liste wählen und auf Senden klicken OK Schließen Festo Didactic GmbH & Co. 21 4 Inbetriebnahme Editieren Hardware die Einstellungen der nachfolgenden Dialoge ("Auswahl der Hardware", "Konfiguration der Steckplätze", "Typenzusätze") mit Weiter bestätigen Landessprache aus der Liste wählen und mit Weiter bestätigen Fertigstellen Datei Speichern Festo Didactic GmbH & Co. KG

22 4 Inbetriebnahme 10. Laden Sie das Projekt in den Regler Datentransfer Datentransfer zum Gerät die Option "Setup-Daten" auswählen und mit OK bestätigen 11. Die Spannungsversorgung des PID-Reglers ausschalten und wieder einschalten Hinweis Informationen zur Bedienung und Parametrierung über Display finden Sie in der JUMO IMAGO- Betriebsanleitung des PID-Reglers. 22 Festo Didactic GmbH & Co. 28 1 Introduction The IMAGO 500 is a modular PID controllersystem from JUMO designed for industrial use. For use in vocational and further training it has been integrated into a didactic environment in the MPS PA system from Festo Didactic. The analogue inputs and outputs are wired up to two SysLink-analogue sockets (Sub-D). The pinallocation corresponds to the SysLink interface of the Modular Production System for Process Automation (MPS PA) from Festo Didactic. 28 Festo Didactic GmbH & Co. KG

29 2 Notes on safety The PID controller is designed according to state of the art technology and in compliance with recognised safety regulations. However when using the system there is nevertheless a risk of physical or fatal injury to the user or third parties or of damage being caused to the machinery or other material assets. The PID controller is to be used only: for its intended purpose and in an absolutely safe condition. Faults impairing safety must be rectified immediately! For your own safety please follow the safety notes below: General Trainees must only work on the station under the supervision of an instructor. Observe the data in the data sheets for the individual components, in particular all notes on safety! Electrics Electrical connections are to be wired up or disconnected only when power is disconnected! Use only low voltages of up to 24 VDC. Festo Didactic GmbH & Co. KG

30 3 Design and function The type Multi-channel process and program controller has been selected from the module spectrum of the JUMO IMAGO 500 series and integrated into the Modular Production System for Process Automation (MPS PA). 31 3 Design and function 3.1 Scope of delivery The PID controller consists of: JUMO IMAGO 500 type , Order No (with connection board for cabinet frame 19") or JUMO IMAGO 500 Typ , Order No (without connection board for cabinet frame 19"), Programming cable TLL-RS 232, Programming software, Documentation. 3.2 Accessories In our product catalogue you will find: Analogue cable (parallel), Order No , Analogue cable (crossed), Order No Connection of external equipment Simulation box It generates binary input signals and displays binary output signals of the PLC. For digital/analogue signals you need: Digital/analogue simulation box, Order No , Analogue cable (parallel), Order No Attention Material damages caused by a double voltage supply are possible. The simulation box does not need to be connected to a separate voltage supply if the digital I/O-data cable is used. The voltage supply is effected via that cable! Using the analogue I/O-data-cable a separate voltage supply is required! Festo Didactic GmbH & Co. KG

32 3 Design and function Power supply The voltage supply of the PID controller must be effected via an external 24 VDC source (max. 5 A). The power supply units from Festo Didactic are suitable for this and are available in the form of a function card variant for the 19"cabinet frames or in the form of a table variant. Profibus components One of the cables, Order No or (50, 200 cm) is required for the connection of Profibus components. 3.4 Installation options The PID controller, Order No is mounted in a connection board (for cabinet frame 19"), so it can be fixed into the cabinet frame 19" of the MPS PA station. 3.5 Inputs/outputs The analogue inputs and outputs are wired up to two 15-pin Sub-D socket. PLC board station (digital connection) Use the digital I/O-data cable to connect the PLC board and the I/O-terminal of the station. Plug the XMA2 plug of the PLC board into the XMA2 socket of the I/O terminal of the station. 2. PID controller station (analogue connection) Use the analogue I/O-data cable (parallel, cable marked black) to connect the analogue terminal of the PID controller (XMA3 socket) and the analogue terminal of the station (XMA3 socket). PLC board PID controller (analogue connection) Use the analogue I/O-data cable (crossed, cable marked red) to connect the analogue terminal of the PLC board (XMA4 socket) and the analogue terminal of the PID controller (XMA4 socket). 4. 37 4 Commissioning 4.2 Install software Programming software: JUMO IMAGO 500 version xx/3.05J System requirements for the setup program: PC with Win95, Win98, NT4.0, WIN 2000, WIN ME, WIN XP Min. Pentium 100, 32 MB main memory, 15 MB free hard disk CD-ROM drive 1. Insert the CD-ROM (setup will start automatically) 2. Select a program language and click onto "Installation" 3. Enter user name, company name and license number of the product 4. Select a target directory and the program components for installation 5. 39 4 Commissioning 4.4 Downloading the project 1. Connect PC and PID controller using the RS232 programming cable 2. Switch on power supply unit 3. Release the EMERGENCY-STOP pushbutton (if available) 4. Wait until the Pid-contoller has carried out its test routines 5. Start the programming software 6.
