2 Sichere und sterile Medientrennung - Das septik-prozess-ventil M2010 Zur leckagesicheren bsperrung von feindlichen Medien haben sich Norit Südmo-Doppelsitzventile seit vielen Jahren in den verschiedensten ranchen bewährt. Sie kommen in nlagen der Pharmazie, der rauerei- und Getränkeindustrie sowie der Molkerei- und Nahrungsmittelindustrie erfolgreich zum insatz. Um nun auch den nforderungen der sepsis gerecht zu werden, hat Norit Südmo ein Ventil entwickelt, daß die bewährte algtechnologie aus dem insitzventilprogramm mit den Vorteilen eines Doppelsitzventiles kombiniert. So bietet das Norit Südmo septik-prozess-ventil eine hermetische bdichtung zur ußenatmosphäre durch den insatz eines Metall-algs. Im geschlossenen Zustand dichten zwei O-Ringe die obere und untere Rohrleitungen gegeneinander ab. Zwischen den beiden Dichtungen befindet sich ein IP/SIP-fähiger Sicherheitsraum, der über zwei separate bsperrventile überwacht bzw. gereinigt werden kann. Zudem wurde die instellbarkeit der Takthübe aus dem Doppelsitzventilprogramm übernommen, so dass jeder Kunde selbst den Takthub optimal für seine nlagenkonfiguration einstellen kann. Zusätzlich kann die Funktion des Metall-algs mit der Überwachungseinheit VU überwacht werden. So kann eine permanent hohe Produktqualität gewährleistet werden. Optimale Wartung und Handhabung Die Wartung des septik-prozess-ventils ist einfach und ohne spezielles Werkzeug zu erledigen. uch ein instellen der Takthübe ist schnell durchführbar. Die beiden seitlichen bsperrventile können einfach vom Gehäuse gelöst und gewartet werden. Durch die algüberwachungseinheit können Wartungsintervalle optimiert und somit auch etriebskosten gesenkt werden. Kurzfristig auftretende Störungen werden unmittelbar erkannt und können zeitnah behoben werden. For the requirements of asepsis Norit Südmo developed a valve which combines the proven bellow technology of the Single Seat Valve programme with the advantages of the Double Seat Valve. Norit Südmo now offers an septic Process Valve with a hermetic sealing against the outside atmosphere by means of a metal bellow. In the closed position two o-rings seal upper and lower main against each other. etween the two seals is a IP-/SIP-able safety room. Optimum Maintenance and Handling The maintenance of the septic Process Valve is easy and can be done without any special tools. lso lifting strokes of the upper and lower valve disc can be adjusted easily. oth shut-off valves can be withdrawn from the housing and maintained. With the help of the bellow monitoring unit maintenance intervals can be optimised and operating costs can be reduced. Short-term malfunctions can be detected at once and eliminated quickly..0.1
