4 Allgemeine Antriebsdaten Artikel GTW PNEUMATISCHE ANTRIEBE, Artikel GTW Das weit verbreitete Konstruktionsdesign unserer pneumatscher Schwenkantriebe, das sich vor allem durch seine Kompaktheit und einfachen Aufbau empfiehlt, ist das Zahnstangen-Ritzel- Prinzip, bei dem die lineare Kolbenbewegung in eine Schwenkbewegung umgesetzt wird. Durch das Belüften und gleichzeitigem Entlüften der Antriebsluftkammern wird auch bei hoher Beanspruchung ein konstantes Drehmoment erreicht. Die Bauform des doppeltwirkenden Antriebes ist so konzipiert, so dass problemlos eine nachträgliche Montage von Federn Vorort ermöglicht werden kann. Serienprüfung Jeder Antrieb wird, entsprechend der ISO 9001, auf Dichtigkeit, Drehmoment und Schaltwinkel geprüft und erhält eine fortlaufende Seriennummer. Endlageneinstellung Die GTW Antriebe lassen sich beidseitig im Bereich der Schalt- und Grundstellung, mittels justierbarer Hubbegrenzungen in der Mitte des Antriebsdeckels, bis zu +/-5 einstellen. Durch den Einsatz von längeren Einstellschrauben können auch weitere Schwenkwinkelbegrenzungen ermöglicht werden. Über das genaue Justieren der Endlagen des Antriebes wird gewährleistet, dass zum einen die Armatur dicht schließt und zum anderen die Dichtung der Armatur nicht durch einen zu großen Schwenkwinkel des Antriebs beschädigt wird. Serial testing Each actuator is tested according ISO 9001, to leak, torque and switching angles and is replaced by a sequential serial number. Storke adjustment The GTW pneumatic actuators are both in the field of switching and basic position, with adjustable stroke in the middle of the end caps, up to + / -5.
