In urma acestei sesiuni au fost acordate aproximativ 88 milioane lei pentru crearea de peste de noi locuri de munca Prin aceasta schema se pot finanta investitii initiale prin infiintarea unei noi unitati sau extinderea uneia deja existente care sa conduca la crearea a cel putin 10 de noi locuri de munca dintre care minim 3 pentru lucratori defavorizati. Das Programm finanziert ursprungliche Investitionen durch Schaffung einer neuen oder Erweiterung einer bestehenden Kapazität, die zur Schaffung von mindestens 10 neuen Arbeitsplätzen von denen mindestens 3 für benachteiligte Arbeitnehmer führt. 450 Millionen Lei stehen für diesen Aufruf zur

Diese Regelung finanziert Investitionen in produktive Wirtschaftszweige (wie z.b.: Lebensmittelproduktion, Möbelproduktion, Bekleidung und Schuhe, Herstellung von Glas und Baumaterialien, Herstellung von Stahl, Autoindustrie, Fertigungsanlagen, einschließlich IT und Software-Design) und Berufsausbildung in bestimmten Berufen die durch prioritären Sektoren festgelegt sind. Din experienta noastra este foarte importanta o pregatire din timp a acestor proiecte de investitii, iar efortul pentru elaborarea documentatiei nu trebuie subestimat. 2. Cercetare si dezvoltare Oportunitati de finantare pentru investitii inovative La sfarsitul anului trecut Autoritatea de Management a Programului Operational Competitivitate a publicat spre consultare publica Ghidurile Solicitantului pentru investitii in cercetaredezvoltare din cadrul Axei I a Programului Operational Competitivitate (POC) : 2.1 Actiunea 1.1.1, Mari infrastructuri de CD, Investitii pentru departamentele de CD ale intreprinderilor, adresate societatilor comerciale cu activitatea de CD mentionata in obiectul de activitate. Proiectele eligibile sunt cele legate de infiintarea si modernizarea departamentelor de CD ale intreprinderilor. Forschung und Entwicklung Finanzierungsmöglichkeiten für Investitionen in Forschung und Entwicklung Die Management Behörde des Operationellen Programms für Wettbewerbsfähigkeit hat Ende des letzten Jahres die Richtlinien für Förderprogramme für Forschung und Entwicklung zur öffentlichen Diskission veröffentlicht. 2.1 Maßnahme 1.1.1: Große Infrastrukturen für Forschung und Entwicklung, Investitionen für die Forschungs- und Entwicklungsabteilungen der Unternehmen, ist für Unternehmen (einschließlich Großunternehmen) mit Forschungs- und Entwicklungstätigkeit vorgesehen. Die förderfähigen Projekte sind diejenigen, die sich auf die Gründung und Modernisierung der Forschungs- und Entwicklungsabteilungen der Unternehmen beziehen. Förderfähige Kosten sind Erwerb von Ausrüstungen, von immateriellen

Cheltuielile eligibile includ cheltuieli cu active corporale (cladiri, instalatii, echipamente), cheltuieli cu active necorporale specifice clusterului, cheltuieli aferente obtinerii brevetelor si altor certificari, cheltuieli cu personalul si cheltuieli administrative legate de activitatea de animare si promovare a clusterului. Intensitatea maxima a finantarii pentru acest program variaza intre 50-65% din cheltuielile eligibile in functie de regiune si de tipul proiectului. 2.3 Actiunea 1.2.1: Stimularea cererii intreprinderilor pentru inovare prin proiecte de CDI [...], Proiecte CDI pentru Spin-off-uri si Start-up-uri inovatoare, finanteaza proiectele de CD ale start-up-urilor si spin-offurilor inovatoare. Pentru start-up sunt eligibile companiile cu o vechime de maximum 3 ani din toate sectoarele economice (cu exceptia: pescuitului, productia primara de produse and rehabilitation of buildings. Die maximale Intensität der Förderung für dieses Programm liegt zwischen 50-65% der förderfähigen Kosten, je nach Region und Art des Projekts. 2.3 Maßnahme 1.2.1: Förderung der Nachfrage der Unternehmen für innovative Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekte [...] für Spin-off und innovative Startups, finanziert Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekte für Start-ups und Spinoffs. Unternehmen aus allen Wirtschaftssektoren (außer Fischerei, Primärproduktion und Verarbeitung

Asistenta financiara maxima nu poate depasi lei sau , cu o intensitate de 90% din cheltuielile eligibile. 2.4 Actiunea 1.2.1: Stimularea cererii intreprinderilor pentru inovare prin proiecte de CDI [...], Intreprinderi nou-infiintate inovatoare, finanteaza companiile nou-infiintate inovatoare (companii mici, necotate la bursa, neformate din fuziuni, detinatoare de brevete/cerere de brevete si care au cheltuieli cu CD de minim 10% din cheltuielile totale pe unul din cei trei ani ce preced acordarea ajutorului). Proiectele finantate includ activitati de cercetare industriala, dezvoltare experimentala,, obtinerea si validarea drepturilor de proprietate industriala, precum si activitati de introducere in productie a rezultatelor cercetarii (maxim 50% din cheltuielile eligibile ale proiectului). Cheltuielile eligibile includ cheltuieli de personal, amortizarea echipamentelor pe durata proiectului si active necorporale. Durata maxima a unui proiect este de 24 luni. 2.5 Actiunea Atragerea de personal cu competente avansate din strainatate Pentru Consolidarea Capacitatii CD, se adreseaza societatilor comerciale si organizatiilor cu activitatea de CD mentionata in statut. Proiectele eligibile vor fi concepute si elaborate de specialisti in CD la nivel international, impreuna cu colectivele de cercetare din institutia gazda si vor fi conduse obligatoriu de un specialist din strainatate (minim 3 din ultimii 5 ani lucrati in cercetare in strainatate, titlul de doctor obligatoriu). Cheltuielile eligibile sunt in principal cele legate de personal, cele legate de echipamentele de cercetare (amortizare pe perioada proiectului) si cele legate de achizitia de active necorporale. Valoarea maxima a grantului este de 2 milioane, cu o intensitate de 50-70% din cheltuielile eligibile in cazul cercetarii industriale, respectiv 25-45% in cazul proiectelor de dezvoltare experimentala pentru companii. Durata maxima a proiectului este de 48 de luni. Der Maximalwert des Zuschusses beträgt 2 Mio. mit einer Intensität zwischen 50-70% der förderfähigen Kosten für industrielle Forschungsprojekte und ywischen 25-45% für experimentelle Entwicklungsprojekte für Unternehmen.
