The 2012 Ungerboeck EMEA Conference is beneficial to users for all levels. New users typically learn the most from their time at the test track and attending sessions delivered by Ungerboeck staff members and customer presenters. Over 80% of our attendees have previously attended the conference. With our Executive sessions, Industry Work Groups and Product Enhancement sessions, you will be sure to walk away with new knowledge of Ungerboeck Software while networking with your peers! Am I able to work in the software during the presentations? We use a big screen presentation method with PowerPoint and live software demonstrations; however, you can practice what you have learned at the Test Track where Ungerboeck employees are available to answer questions and help guide you through new features. How can I access the presentations that are delivered at the conference? Conference attendees will be given a USB flash drive which contains the presentations. What if I need to cancel my registration? In the event that you need to cancel your conference registration, the following cancellation policies apply: Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the conference are fully refundable minus a 75 administrative processing charge. Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to the conference will forfeit 50% of the registration fee. Cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the conference will forfeit 100% of the registration fee. You may substitute registrations at any time prior to the conference for no additional charge.
